El buen trato de todo el personal, siempre pendientes de todo y con una sonrisa, y la limpieza.
El buffet increíble, ya me habían dicho que era excelente.
Y el detalle de tener duchas en la zona de consigna, para alargar la estancia unas horas más

El horario de comidas y cenas, muy europeo, pero te adaptas y comes o cenas prontito

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks and have to say that the staff are amazing. Always friendly, smiling, attentive, and willing to help.
The food was good, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained.
The room was just right with a small fridge and all the basic amenities you'd expect.
There's a nice pool and a jacuzzi on the fifth floor. We never tried the jacuzzi.
There were Zumba classes and music on Friday evenings.
It's also in a good location with everything you need in close proximity. The beach is about 10 minutes away on foot.
We originally selected Mar Blau because the Booking.com description said it offered activities for children. We were told it's still early and that these may start the week after our arrival, but that never happened. For parents with a very energetic six-year-old, it was disappointing, especially after hearing from friends a year earlier who stayed somewhere else in Spain and told us how great it was. Having an hour or two to ourselves would have been nice
Also to note, full board does not include basic non-alcoholic drinks for lunch and dinner. Usually alcoholic drinks would be extra, but not here.
Overall a very positive experience and we had a really good time. The lack of advertised kids activities drop the rating for me to 9/10, but otherwise can't fault it - everything else was really excellent.

Terrible. Although I made the purchase through booking, they insisted on not making credit card collections until the last moment. Although we made the payment collection including Breakfast by phone on the day of check-in, the breakfast difference was paid only because the room was purchased at the hotel. I mean, in short, it sucks.

Great location to the beach, only a few minutes walk. Very close to the town centre.
Facilities like billiards, ping pong, adult only terrace and juccazi, basic pool.
Food was not good for vegans or vegetarians. They could easily accommodate meals but didn't.

Overall value of this hotel is great. The available breakfast and diners are nice with a wide variety of choices, however the starting time is quite late (normal in Spain). Also on the advertisements it said that the drinks where included with diner, but they were not.
The hotel is close to some clubs where music is played till loud, so expect to need earplugs for sleeping. In summary a great relaxing stay.

The hotel had everything we needed (except a kettle in the room to make tea in the morning). it was clean and the staff were friendly. it’s a short walk to the beach via cafes, shops and restaurants.

Convenient location, tourist train stops very close nearby.
One day we left towels next to swimming pool and had to go to our room as we forgot something, when we returned the towels were thrown in pile near the pool by the waiter though half of sun beds next to the pool were empty and we were told if we need to go to our room from the pool we have to report the personnel, so they do not throw away our towels.

The staff were always paying attention to everything, and they were really nice. Other guests were really nice as well.
The pool is big and they've got enough pool beds for everyone.
The variety of food in meals is also a big plus.
During meals, the staff was always looking for to pickup your plate, some times you would even have food in your mouth and they would be asking if you had finished already.

Some staff looks grumpy, no menu in advance. Food was poor, for someone who is vegetarian. Staff at dining area rushing to get your plate, unfriendly.

Been here 3 times. Very clean . Lovely staff. Particularly all the waiters . They were all very professional, courteous and patient . They deserve a really good review . Take time to get to know third staff members.
