Our room was incredibly spacious- with a second level with two beds where our kids slept. it didn’t have air conditioning but the front desk gave us a portable fan- very helpful. we got the lunch boxes for our day on the glacier tour and enjoyed it very much. Also highly recommend the restaurant and massage /spa service. we were able to book both last minute. breakfast had a lot of variety for vegetarians as well. Coffee was really good.

We loved our stay at Calafate Parque Hotel. Perfect location: 2 blocks away from the city center, in a quiet area. The room was really nice, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, a lot of sugary options but also healthy options (seeds, nuts, oats, fresh fruits, yogurts). Gym was small but sufficient. The spa area was great. we enjoyed the extensive wines selection at the hotel.

The lunch boxes were a bit disappointing. But the staff was very helpful and provided alternatives when we stated our discontent. Overall it was a great experience.

Great place to stay in El Calafate. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Restaurant was great, with excellent service. Great location right off the main road with close proximity to restaurants and breweries!

the location was great, a few steps from main street of restaurants, bars and shops. the breakfast was great, good choices. The staff were helpful. they has a nice bar and lounge area by reception. the room was very comfortable.

there is no sound proofing at all - very noisy from other hotel guests and through the windows too as local dogs bark all night.

Restaurant staff was very friendly, good breakfast.

It was very cold in the room. The central heating was hardly functioning, the electric heater provided in the room was broken and the only one spare blanket was as thin as a paper sheet. After freezing the first night, the next morning I went to reception before breakfast and told the guy there about the problem. He promised to send someone to fix the heating. After breakfast there was a girl behind the reception desk. I told her too. Same promise. Coming back from a full-day excursion we found the same cold room. I went to reception. There was another woman there. I was so angry I told her about her collegues' attitude in front of another guest checking in. Five minutes later a maid was sent to bring a new electric heater. Noone ever came to fix the mulfunctioning central heating.

the reception staff Karena was absolutely lovely, the masseuse was brilliant and I lied the privacy of booking jacuzzi and sauna solely for yourself, you were offered a robe and slippers too, and the breakfast was adequate for a gluten intolerant person, the lunch was also good, massage booked on arrival, great service

gluten free options were limited, not enlightening variety and they messed up my taxi which was over 30 mins late, nearly caused me to miss my bus out of the city and at one point I was asking the front desk to ask a member of staff to drive me, which I was willing to pay for due to the taxi mess up

the breakfast was excellent and so are the pre-made lunches for expeditions. the people were very nice and helpful. the room was clean. the hotel is a couple of blocks from the city centre. for the amenities, the price is really good.

on hot days (which are unusual), the room retains too much heat and there is no ac. we slept with the window open and were woken by the neighbour’s chickens at 5 am, but couldn’t hear them after closing the window. all things considered, only minor issues and the stay was extremely pleasant.

first thing. there is one lady in the front desk that is a very unkind. She should not be working at the hotel. she check us in. So the experience since the start was a terrible. Rooms are always too warm. breakfast is very poor.
