Good location a few blocks from the main street in the centre of town. Friendly staff. Large room. Get a room away from the street.
Little temperature control in bedroom. No electric socket to charge phone by the bed. Breakfast room quite congested.

Great location, 2 blocks from the main street. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Communication via WhatsApp made things very easy. Get the massage, it was great! Rooms were large and clean.

Very clean, spacious and cosy room, was very quiet and with a nice view to the inner courtyard. The location of the hotel is also great, just around 5 mins by walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. Bit far from the bus station but the taxi is cheap. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to leave the luggage after checkout and also helped to order the taxi to the bus station.

Great location, within walking distance to the main street. Staff is very nice, clean rooms. You can request lunch boxes for your day trips. We had a good overall experience at this hotel.
It is great that the hotel has a sauna even if it is very small but it could be heated to a higher temperature.

Lovely hotel in a good location close to the main street in El Calafate.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a cosy Alpine lodge feel and was in good condition.
We had a twin room that was a good size and very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast in the morning had a lot of options. They also offer a packed lunch service for excursions which you can order the night before and this was good value for money and saves worrying about where to get food before you go on a trip.
They also offer an excellent massage service at the hotel.
All in all we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to El Calafate!

this is the 43rd hotel. I’ve stayed at using Booking.com in the last year and it’s probably the best hotel for the price I’ve been in. Everything about it is good: clean comfortable great staff fabulous breakfast…..

They have decent traditional food in the property and very affordable price massage. Staff was super kind

The suite was comfortable and warm. The breakfast was good enough. We spent little time at the hotel, mostly riding and enjoying the sights. This was a great choice for us because the hotel is close to the city center and there are many great restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helped us with all the problems we had.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and the location was central to the main town. The buffet breakfast was also amazing and we loved the facilities like the pool table and ping pong area.
