The room 9 was clean, smart and modern - loved that instead of their usual shower above a bath, that they have walk in shower. Excellent that the disabled parking bays were immediately outside our, which made it easy for us to access our room. Also our dog could be directly outside our room. on this occasion, we didn't have dinner, as we were invited to friends - nor breakfast, as we had an early start for the Ferry.

The room was clean and had al basic amenities. Place felt very safe. If you just need to sleep somewhere, it is perfect and great value for money.

Bathroom was good .

Room was small with paper cups for coffee. Breakfast was 12 euros so far too expensive as was the buffet style dinner with very little choice. Only one stressed member of staff doing everything, disgraceful! Nobody wants to work in France. Campanile used to be a guarantee of quality and their food used to be brilliant, not anymore.

the Restaurant was closed on the Monday evening, but the manager recommended a superb Asian restaurant very close by.

Location - near St Malo. Shopping/ petrol station nearby McDonald's right next door. Internet available

Stayed for 4 days/3 nights and although it was queried at the start if we wanted housekeeping (guess around covid which by Nov 2022 there were no concerns) and we said yes, no one attended the room during that period. No rubbish taken, no towels etc. By the last day/night I left the sign on the door asking for room to be made... when I came back the sign was gone but nothing had been done... I had to go to reception and take the used towels to ask for clean ones (no apology or explanation of why the lack of attendance). Not great service in terms of a longer stay... so if just one night - great value. Any more? Think twice.

Bathroom...

The bed were uncomfortable and the room air con was very noisy. Also, the sound proof was poor as we could hear everything from the adjacent room.

The evening meal was dreadful and overpriced.

A proper hot meal , not a precooked flavourless excuse . We used to look forward to our meals in your resteraunts. The room was poorly equipped.

It’s location was perfect for us, as we had an early sailing from St Malo.

The room was damp and very dark. The receptionist was not particularly welcoming.

It was ideal. Simple and a good location.

Not a complaint, but maybe a couple of additional food options when arriving late ( vending machine) would be good.

The private parking was locked at night. The breakfast was copious and of good quality. The area was quiet.
