the room was pretty; its a studio home concept and just nice for a quick retereat next to a beach for 1-2 person. pros: -super clean and the whole unit is well equipped with amenities, the kitchen is super complete and clean you can cook a whole feast there. the floor was even sparkling! -comfy bed with an even comfier blanket to enjoy a good night's sleep:) -the view was priceless!!! definitely a 10/10! -super short walk to the beach! -ample parking spots! -easy to find eateries around or you can just order foodpanda and ask them to drop the order at the counter downstairs in 15-25 mins:)

cons: -the fridge was not functioning my apple turned bad the next day. thank god i did not bring any frozen food:( was not sure if i must be the one to be swithcing on and off the fridge itself sounds a bit weird since everyone will always assume they don't have to switch it on?? -the balcony was kinda dirty; didnt spend so much time there, a small rattan carpet might suffice -the wind at night can be super strong esp when it rains and it happens so that it rained cats and dogs during my stay (kinda like a storm) and there comes this super high-pithced shrilly eerie whistling sound that sounds like someone howling/ playing a loud flute/ramming their bikes outside the door and it was super eerie i couldn't sleep that night since i was thinking that it was some paranormal thing turns out its just the wind hahahaa -the whole lenght of the floor was uninhibited?/ no one around for the whole floor i am alone last night for the whole floor omg so it was kinda spooky for me

View is nice. Room clean and comfortable.

Too basic for the high price. Can find better unit. No aircond in the living room, towel only 3 though it stated 4 pax, no toilet roll, & shower gel, no complimentary coffee or tea bags, no chairs outside balcony though there is a good balcony. There is kitchen, but no basic utensils. So wats the point? Not worth the money.

Comfort units...3 queen bed, just nice to family. Walking distance to the beach...3 different swimming pool...

Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Great communication with owner. Plenty of good places to eat but u need to have a car. You can do some fishing but illegal Nets aka jaring is plenty there. Caught 4 fish on first night but nothing on next night.

Toilet water can be lower at times. Only one elevator working.

Easy access with self-check in and comfortable staying with groups/family. Best view of the ocean.

Dont provide enough towels and blanket.
