It‘s a beautiful house with comfortable rooms. The guy who works there is very friendly and helpful. He brought me to the airport early in the morning what saved me, because the taxis cost a lot.

It’s a little far from the bridge. You have to pay there for crossing over, for each way and back 10000kip

Friendly staff who offered to drive me back to the city when I left. The hotel is next to the river in a quiet neighborhood.

The hotel is at a 30min walking distance to the center of Luang Prabang when the bamboo bridge is under construction.

This was probably the cleanliest room I ever stayed it, we have toddlers and they crawl around everywhere and they never even had dust on their hands. It is quiet and a beautiful garden, good air-condition and fan. The staff was very polite and helpful, organized motorbikes for us. You can borrow bicycles for free.

during rainy season when the bamboo bridge is down it’s a bit far from things

Really love this hotel, very authentic, with a private balcony, super friendly staff, provided bicycles to get to town free of charge, and delicious breakfast.

Only issue was that as it was rainy season, no boats going over the river, so have to walk around 40 mins to town or 20 ish mins cycle. Can be a bit inconvenient if you want to go to night markets.

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature. Every room has a nice balcony. Excellent host.

Bathroom is not as nice as the room and place itself, but it's ok.

The place is far from the city centre and accessible by bike or bicycle. The room is clean and does not have mosquitoes On the first two nights, I stayed in a room where there is no Wi-Fi reception. on third night, I was moved to ground floor and Wi-Fi reception is sorted. thank to Vivanh and Sonton for making it happen. similarly, the water was not hot on first floor on first day, but later the same had been fixed. they got cats in the restaurant that are friendly and playful.

The owner, Vivanh welcomed us and took care of us like we were a princess! She paid attention into every details and offered kind hospitalities. We had breakfast served on the balcony of our room every morning. She gave my daughter a yoga lesson as a christmas treat and got her friends to play with. Moreover, she lent us a scooter to go into town and took us to the airport with no charge! We absolutely enjoyed the river view from the hotel and getting across the river by a boat. It is soo charming!! This place is more than just a hotel. It makes us feel like home which we were so spoiled by the host. My 7 year-old daughter loves Vivanh and her cat, Gandi. This will now be our hotel every time we go to Luang Prabang. Thank you for such special memories!

Ultra nice hosts, felt very cared for. Nice and quiet by the riverside. Excellent value for money.

A bit too far away from the main areas, though perfect if you want a quiet place to relax and unwind.
