Exceptional location. This hotel makes your life as a Tokyo visitor very easy.

The size of the room. But that's a general issue we Europeans have in Tokyo. I believe that for Tokyo standard, the room size is actually pretty spacious!

This is our usual hotel accommodation when we spend time in Tokyo. "Timeless Nostalgia" as the big signboard at the entrance of the hotel states is the right message. We like the space in and around the hotel, the location and the parking facility for our car.

Our room size this time was on a smaller scale but with a nice view of Tokyo tower. This was our choice though this time. Cannot complain. The larger rooms do not have that view.

It's a corporate hotel that's seen better days. The room was spacious for Tokyo and reasonably priced compared to others in the are. The location is good.

Location, Location, Location: The hotel sits right next to Zojoji Temple and the Tokugawa Mausoleum, and offers easy access to major districts like Roppongi, Shibuya, and Asakusa.

High Floor Mishap: You specifically booked a "high floor" room but ended up on the 10th floor in a 33-story building, essentially a mid-floor with no Tokyo Tower view. Booking.com communication could be improved here. Room Noise: Thin single-paned windows let in noise from the street and parking lot below, disrupting sleep. Dated Bathrooms and Arcade: The bathrooms and basement "arcade" could use a refresh. Breakfast Crowds: Be prepared for crowded breakfast areas during peak conference attendee hours (7-9 am).

The staff was very nice and friendly. Everyone was dressed in their respective uniforms and they were very formal in their appearance. A few had a little trouble communicating in English, but they tried and eventually were understood. The heated toilet seat was a nice touch. The rooms and facilities are very clean. Very close to Tokyo Tower.

The rooms are in need of a makeover as they are a bit outdated. The bed was rather hard, but acceptable. The lighting, as in most hotels, was poor. The restaurants were over priced and not open every day. I would have liked a microwave in my room as opposed to a common microwave in the floor lobby near the elevator. All of the bellboys are actually women. I have no trouble with that concept, but they struggled with the weight of several pieces of my luggage.

The room itself was very spacious, probably the largest of three hotels I stayed in while in Japan. The room was nice and had standard modern amenities like USB chargers and multi-light controls. Overall a nice room for a decent price, and within a reasonable walking distance to train stations, restaurants, and some shopping.

While the staff does speak some English, I had minimal interaction with them aside from check-in and check out. Polite but maybe just a little impersonal. Not necessarily a bad thing, I arrived late in the day straight after 14 hours of flying and almost 2 hours of trains, so I'm sure I wasn't at my best myself. The bathroom was also slightly dated compared to the rest of the room, but completely usable and clean.

One of our rooms had a beautiful view of the park and Tokyo Tower. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quite spacious for Japanese standards. The bathroom was a bit dated but very clean. There is a great bakery cafe/ restaurant close by that serves excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner options and there is a Lawson's convenience store under the hotel. The shrine beside the hotel is worth visiting and you can watch one of the priests ring the giant bell at 5pm. The coffee shop in the temple grounds is lovely and has excellent coffee and ice cream.

The superior king room was very comfortable but had a view of the carpark. The hotel restaurants looked lovely but were quite expensive.

Le personnel ! Première fois, et surtout au Japon, que je vois un personnel pas souriant, pas poli, qui ne fait pas d’effort pour comprendre, pas du tout accueillant !! Aucune aide, pas chaleureux…. Les étrangers les déranges je crois. Très très déçu.

Hotel was in great location and close to major attractions. The staffs were excellent and helpful. Hotel was located next to temple , park and Tokyo Tower.

We did not have much dislike about hotel.

東京タワーに近く隣に増上寺があり観光しやすいところがとても良かった。朝食の種類が多くオムレツを目の前で作ってもらえるので子どもにも好評だった。

水回りの古さ。Bookingではベッドが3つの部屋と表示されていたが実際は2つだった。ホテルの好意でベッドは増やしてもらえたがBookingの表記をきちんとしてほしい。

スタッフの対応がとても親切で良かった。 ロケーションが、東京タワー🗼が良く見えて良かった。 レストランも、和食の清水の雰囲気も味も良かった。 特に中華のレストランは最高に美味しく頂きました。

20時チェクインしたら、ルームサービスは無い、冷蔵庫は空っぽ、コンビニに行くのも面倒．困った。

それなりの料金を取るのなら、ルームサービスは欲しい．アルコールも冷蔵庫に入れておいて欲しい。

I felt like the price was expensive when the rooms were quite old, although clean.
