Great efficiency condo. All we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants and near Old San Juan. Property Manager was very helpful with instructions for checking in and suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

I loved the location and our host was amazing. The unit was very clean and cute. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The view was amazing…. Just book it you wouldn’t be disappointed trust me I’m a frequent traveler

My host Jacqueline was outstanding. She was even kind enough to help me find another accommodation when the electricity went out during a bad storm. 5 stars across the board. I will definitely book this again in the future.

This condo was just as described and had great views. It was a good location we were minutes from the beach and a short Uber ride to old San Juan. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and she answered any questions we had. It was a perfect place for just my husband and I for the week in San Juan.

Overall this was a great place— prime location, great view, helpful and kind host, nice amenities and well maintained. We had a great stay! Only a couple of small negatives out of control of the owner. 1) a continuous loud compressor noise while sitting on the balcony was somewhat annoying. View made up for it most of the time. 2) the street noise was louder than expected. Not terrible but took a night or two to adjust to it. In spite of these, we had a great experience! Thank you for a lovely stay

A very nice location, great building, wonderful amenities, the staff was always very helpful and cordial. Restaurants and entertainment very convenient around the neighborhood. Truly recommended

The first impression walking in was the spectacular views from this apartment! Our stay was very brief, but this is a beautiful place that felt very secure and was in a great location for walking access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Would definitely book again!

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and had a great time. We loved the views from the unit and felt the location couldn’t be better! It was also very nice to have a parking spot for our rental. Beautiful location, clean unit, lots of great restaurants and fun night life near by. We loved our stay!

This apartment is wonderful, on the 22nd floor and the views over the water are perfect, especially with coffee first thing in the morning. Everything is very clean, there is a full kitchen and comfortable bed. The location is quite central, Old San Juan is a bit of walk (but Uber is quite cheap!). Quite easy to reach from the airport, too. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The building is also quite secure, with a doorman and keys needed for entry. A great base for San Juan!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was to die for. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants and stores. CVS and Walgreens were very close and Walmart and the grocery store were a $5 Uber ride or a short walk. The owner genuinely seemed to want me to enjoy my stay. She was very kind. The pool was nice, there was a laundry and a gym. I would definitely come back. The TV had a huge amount of available channels. I was very comfortable.

This place was phenomenal! Amazing views of Condado and coastline! Condo had everything you need to have the most restful and relaxing vacation. Owner was very involved. Having a secured parking spot was great. Location could not be better. I will be back again for sure.

The place is clean and well equipped for a short vacation. Check-in & check-out was very simple. It's centrally located and has a nice view. I 100% would stay again.

This property is exactly as described. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location of the apartment is perfect for walking access to the beach, tons of restaurants, and La Placita for nightlife. The host is exceptional - thorough and responsive. No doubt would book here again in the future!

Nice unit and great location

This was a wonderfully quiet, romantic apartment in Condado with San Juan. Across the street from the ocean and a view of the mountains. Private pool and perfectly stocked with living necessities. Thank you for sharing it with us!

I must say, whatever i needed, was available. Lady Jackie thought of every detail. She was also friendly and readily available when i called her. This space was perfect for me and mom. Its so clean, comfortable, safe, spacious and the views are spectacular. Thank you Lady Jackie for your hospitality. Grateful.

What a beautiful property and location. My stay at the property could not have been any better

Really magical getaway.

The property was decent for the value and had a nice view. I initially emailed via VRBO to see if we could check in early and did not hear a response, so had to directly text the owner for a response. Upon getting to the floor of the property, the first thing I smelled was marijuana, which was a common daily ritual from the neighbor down the hall. It was nice that we had a kitchen to make breakfast every day, but the large pan was not the greatest as the eggs constantly stuck to it. The bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom was small and made for shorter people. Some of the bath washclothes were supposed to be white but gray from being used multiple times, and worn out and torn. The shower had draining issues, and our last day there the toilet lid screw busted; however, I made sure to take a photo of the lid and sent it to the owner. Dining room chairs were outdated and worn out. My husband and I had to do work on occasion sitting at the dining room table. We noticed that when we sat in them they were not the sturdiest and made cracking noises when we sat in them, but we did not think to check the chairs. We made sure to follow the check out instructions provided by the owner, and went above and beyond to vacuum before we left to ensure there was no sand from the beach. I received a text video from the owner of a video of a broken chair, which I was unaware of and as mentioned did not think to check. We were charged $200 for damage to an old and cheap chair.

Great location so you have access to all the nearest restaurants in Condado. Centrally located yet you don’t have to deal with all the noises because the unit is on the 22nd floor. It has a beautiful view of the city and ocean. The unit is clean and modern. It has everything you need, fridge, microwave, cooktop and oven. Walk-in closet has plenty of room for your stuff. The bathroom is clean. The bed is spacious and firm enough for my liking. The TV and AC is perfectly positioned so you can relax in comfort. Would highly recommend this place!

Everything was Awesome

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! Upon arrival, the condo was very clean, and we loved how close it was to the beach. We loved the balcony, just sitting out there eating dinner and watching the city’s activity was such a great time. Highly recommend!
