Una excelente ubicación y la atención del personal muy buena , habitaciones cómodas solo algo de ruido por la.musica de una terraza que es como bar o restaurant y es desde muy temprano hasta las 2 o 3 de la mañana pero todo lo demás excelente

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas el baño muy incómodo las sabanas muy delgada para un lugar frío el restaurante pésimo servicio los meseros atienden a quien ellos quieres y la comida muy fea sin sabor les ordenada algun alimento a los meseros y te lo llevan crudo

Excelente ubicacion, el hotel se encuentra justo en el centro historico. El personal fuemuy atento y servicial. El desayuno incluido fue de lo mejor.

Lo unico que no me agrado tanto es que las habitaciones son un poco pequenas.

Das Personal hat kein bis sehr schlechtes Englisch gesprochen, was für eine Hauptstadt etwas traurig ist. Auch die Laune der Mitarbeiter war nicht besonders gut, wir haben kein einziges Lächeln zurück bekommen.

As we had a front room on the top floor we’ve experienced a lot of noise from the street even with the windows (small & high) closed.

Very noisy from staff in reception, many unsafe levels in a tiny room. hard mattress , unfriendly front staff. Staff did not speak any english. My spanish is ok but ..

It was close to everything we wanted to visit

We woke up at 4 am because the kitchen was up stairs right above us and it was very loud, the room I had upgraded to a two bed, was not given to is because supposedly it didn’t show an upgrade in their system. The upgrade was changed to my account.

+The staff were nice and willing to help. Although we don't speak Spanish, we didn't have any problems. +The room was clean. +Nice breakfast with different options.

-The mattress was too hard for me.

The hotel is a very good value in a convenient location. The lobby has a nice seating area with fresh flowers everyday. Can wait inside for your uber or didi to arrive. Breakfast was my favorite. Authentic Mexican for an affordable price and nice outdoor terrace. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were spartan and bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and printed tickets for me and got me a hair dryer because I forgot to pack one. Free water bottles given each day was a nice touch.

The doors and transom of louvered window above the doors do allow for noise to infiltrate your room from hallway. I suggest using fan and earplugs. Really just depends on courtesy of neighboring guests. Most nights were quiet but a few were loud. Also, room could be a tiny bit cleaner (some buildup on doorknob and shower floor was really slippery) but nothing crazy. Finally shower seems to work best in morning and day. One night there was not hot water so plan accordingly. Overall I think a great value for the money and would stay at hotel again.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of the Centro Historico.

There is no privacy. Since the room didn't have a window, the giant vent over the door meant that the entire courtyard and surrounding rooms could hear me, and I could hear them.
