Garden needed some maintenance Lots of bees around the pool and in the pool Tv only works sometimes And the roads to the property are poor

The view was really special, we loved swimming in the pool. All apartments were filled and still it was always so quiet and peaceful there. Our studio apartment was spacious and we had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. They changed our towels and bedsheet every 2 days and the room was always clean, we really appreciated that. The hosting family was so kind and helpful, we felt welcomed. We loved every moment of our stay, thank you!

It would have been nice to know when we booked that the studio apartment with the double bed is downstairs and it doesn’t have a balcony. The view was of course also beautiful from the terrace, but if we had the chance to choose, we would have stayed in the studio with twin beds and the balcony.

Amazing view and very kind hosts. Free parking, very quiet and nice. Clean apartment with nice furniture.

The road to the house is very old and difficult accessible. You need a car to go to the village. No mosquito net.

Property is at the top of a steep hill so you have to be happy to walk up and down unless you hire a car which we didn’t. Views are worth it though but you need to be fit Nearest Tavernas 10-15 minutes walk Nearest supermarket a little further maybe one mile Beautiful beach 10 - 15 minutes walk

The location is fantastic. On the hill above Agia Evfimia gave stunning views but also a workout when returning to the property on foot from the town. The room we had was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the sea. There's a garden with orange and lemon trees. All the family members we met were very friendly. We were a bit late when we arrived but were given our keys on arrival and some food and wine which was very welcome. If you come here I'd say a hire car is essential. The area is amazing with beautiful beaches, archaeological sites and towns at most an hour's drive away. You won't need the car to find good food though. The town has some great places to eat.

Fotini is an exceptionnal host. She was very kind and generous with us. She invited us to celebrate easter with her family,we felt like at home. The appartement is located at 2min from the beach and is surronded by the mountains and sounds of birds. You have to go there at least once in your life, you will enjoy it 🤩🤩🤩 I highly recommand it. Stunning views as located fairly high up. Fotini and Spiros were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Will certainly be back.

Great views of the Agia Efimia village. Super clean! Fotini and her family who run this property are very kind an generous people. Extremely warm and friendly hospitality. They go out of the way to make their guest comfortable even in situations beyond their control. Highly recommend Fotini’s for your stay on the Kefalonia island!

Everything was perfect! After an unpleasant experience in Assos, this place surprised us double! We were offered an upgraded room - much more spacious than we had booked. The staff was very responsive, a room with a sea view. Fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is clean and pleasant. We definitely recommend this place for a wonderful rest! If we had known it was so good here, we would have stayed all of travel time here.

Our room was very nice and clean. The ocean/bay view from the balcony and garden/swimming pool was breathtaking! The staff was very friendly. The location is perfect to visit the northern part of the island (Myhrtos Beach, Assos, Fiscardo). Thank you for the amazing stay!

The view is excellent, also at night with the moon light and also with the swimming pool. The restaurants are soo good, cheaper, and near by the accommodation. Also from Myrtos is about 15 minutes.

One night the hot water was down, I arrived from the beach and I needed to hit the water with the oven.

Very spacious and nice apartment with wonderful sea view. Pet friendly structure. Nice position to visit the central part of the island, the swimming pool is also a very nice place to spend some hours, if you don’t want to stay the whole day at the beach.

The view from balcony was superb. During our stay the moon was gorgeous and you could see it above the water. The kitchen was well equipped for family with kids and they helped us a lot with cleaning.

Apartment was larger than we thought and well equipped .

Spacious spotlessly clean well furnished appartments with amazing views over the bay. Fotini and her family were very friendly & welcoming. The pool area was very peaceful with excellent sun beds and stunning views of the bay.
