枕頭太矮，太細，得一個枕頭

入室から大変でしたから良い点があるのかもですがプラスにはなりません

清掃について評価が良く無かった為、事前に確認しましたら、清掃や埃、備品は徹底する回答があった為、利用しましたが、回答だけで清掃、埃、カビ、排水汚れ、布団シミ、騒音と、悪い評価より更に悪かったです。入室したら即、水回り清掃、埃清掃、空気入れ替え、トイレは喫煙された後か、タバコ臭くてドアを閉められませんでした。また、3泊でしたが、タオルの予備を依頼してましたが、3泊で1組しか無く、大変残念でした。洗濯して使いましたが乾燥機があればまだしも、無くて小さなタオルを毎回洗い、ドライヤーで乾かして使用しました。また、洗濯機のネットには大量のゴミが入って居まして、こちらも清掃しました。入室から数時間は清掃ばかりで、大変でした。また、冷蔵庫内いが汚れだらけでした。電子レンジはカレー臭くて電子レンジも清掃しました。お皿、コップ、鍋は汚れだらけで、洗うの大変でした。あとは、ソファはダニが居るのか、座ったら、痒くなり皮膚が赤く成りました。清掃かよく無い評価を事前に伝え清掃をして頂く事前回答がありましたが、仮に清掃していたならば、今まで余程清掃されて無かったと、想像が着きます。清掃員が外部委託ならば、即変えた方が良いと思いました。自主管理でしたら残念です。 また、鍵が電子キーとおもいましたら、キーボックスの利用で、事前説明が無く入室に手こずりました。電子キーの設置されてますが、使って無いならば取り外すか、事前説明を頂きたいです。入室番号案内が、1234※（例えばの番号です）で案内されましたが、※は全く理解できませんでした。キーボックス4桁の番号だけなら、わかりますが、※があり、電子キーの設置があるから（電源が入って無い）電子キーを触れても無反応で焦りました。※があるから電子キーと思ってしまいます。ドアノブの見えにくい下にキーボックス設置があり、4桁で、※は入れられないけど、番号入れたらキーボックスが空き、中にリアルキーがありました。全くややこしいです。

位置棒，走路8分鐘內到市區及24小時超市，大樓房間都很新，兩大一小空間充足，與照片完全相符，價格也很便宜，之後到福岡一定會在入住！

房間地上沙塵有點多，電視節目太少沒有Netflix

配備齊全，cp值很高，超讚。最好在出發前就完成入住資料登錄，到的時候才能快速入住。馬路上車輛的聲音有些明顯，尤其是救護車等等的聲音，不過，不會聽到樓上或樓下等鄰居的聲響，整體住宿體驗很不錯！

博多駅にも徒歩圏内。 部屋も広く快適

広いお部屋で設備が充実しており快適でした。コスパの良いホテルだと思います。比較的お部屋も綺麗でした。

強いて言うと、洗面台周辺のカビやお風呂場の水カビが少し気になりました

Been to many Airbnbs, the facilities inside the room is not up to expectation for the price. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It was unsuitable for sleeping. We stayed for four night without change of towels. So not recommended for longer stay than two nights.

생각보다 넓고 하카타 역에서 별로 멀지 않아서 다른곳으로 이동하기 싑다

The rooms and entrance are very nice. Good ameneties. The beds were situated on the roadside of the room which was a bit strange since it's a busy road.

Better keep out of the roadside balcony unless you have a spare set of socks (particulate matter)

하카타역에서 가깝고 가족 넷이 이용하기에 숙소가 좁지않아 좋았어요 세탁기있어 좋고 욕조있어좋고 사전체크인으로 편히 입실했어요

차길이라 밤에 차소리ㅜ그건 아쉬웠어요 수건 하루치만 줘서 따로 헌수건 챙겨갔다가 버리고왔어요

完整舒適空間

隔音效果有待加強，晚上的道路行車噪音是比較影響睡眠的。

事前にネットでチェックインしていたので、スムーズに入れた。 部屋は思っていたより、広かった。 ベッドも大人2人が寝ても充分、冷蔵庫も一人暮らし用の大きさで冷凍庫もあるタイプ。 年末年始で近隣のお店が早くに閉店してしまい、家族で4-2で２部屋借りていたので、夜１部屋に集まって部屋飲みしたが窮屈感はなかった。 丁度、真下の駐車場が空いていて助かった。コインパーキング式で3台分。空きがなくても、近くに有料立体駐車場等あるので心配はない。 博多駅に近く、ホテルから歩いて行ける距離に飲食店が多い。 少し歩くが、コンビニもある。ホテル裏にラーメン屋さんと居酒屋らしきお店がある。(年末年始は休み) 斜め向かいにガストもある。飲食には困らない。(スーパーは近くには見当たらなかった)

年末年始で、屋台が空いておらず中洲のラーメン屋さんへ行こうとタクシーを使ったが結構つかまるのに時間がかかり、その上距離もあった。 繁華街へ行きたい方はタクシーを使わなくてはならないので、コスパはあまり良くないかも知れない。

It's feels like a service apartment and well design/suited for short stays - with all the amenities and automation for access. The toilet, sink and bathroom are all thoughtfully separated. It's possible to stay long term in this place for sure... another good thing is it's only 1 MRT stop away from the airport ~18min + 600m walk.

location is a little far from Hakata Station if you want to travel locally. Convenience store which is abundant everywhere in Japan is surprising not near this property but you can get food from a restaurant opposite or behind the property.

地理位置还不错，步行可达博多站，去哪里都方便。 附近吃饭也挺多。

酒店沿马路，噪音比较大，不适合容易失眠的人。然后卫生情况稍微差了点。

とてもスムーズにチェックイン、チェックアウトの手続きが可能で、時間を有効に使えました。

空間が広くリラックス出来た。8階だったため景色がとても良かった。

掛け時計が止まっていた。ソファの破れが気になった。まだ使ってないケトルの中に水が入りっぱなしになっていた。

きれいで、食器やフライパンなどもあって良かった。セキュリティがしっかりしていたのも良かったです。

洗濯機はあるけど、乾燥機がないのが残念でした。値段の割には、タオルやバスタオルなど一泊分しかないんのがなぁっても思いました。バスマットは、5人入るとベタベタになり、洗濯して使いました。

Great stay overall! Great location as it is just slightly less than 10min walk to Hakata station. The only small issue is that it can be noisy as it's near the main road. The room is of comfortable size for 2-3 people.

It is a little noisy as it's near the main road. Wish the property provide more hangars and install more hooks/bar to hang clothes/winterwear.

很喜歡有自己的廚房，可以自己下廚煮自己喜歡的東西，因為自己和家人吃素食，擔心在日本不方便吃素，所以希望才會找這種有廚房的家庭房，很喜歡。

因為房間臨馬路，夜間有人飆車，容易受到雜音影響的人，就會覺得吵。

It close to a big supermarket and transport hub is a big bonus, which is over expectation.

The owner sending too many email with not much contents, the worst complain is the traffic noise, it never stop during the day, particularly at night time, which is more than you could endure.

the property is dusty.we have to vacuum first the floor after checking in..the curtain, balcony and under the bed were very dusty..utensils are not properly cleaned

Everything especially the cleanliness of the room and the toilet. My son personally likes that it was all automatic although there were some problems when we first about to enter the room because the keyless door had to be swiped up in a way to reveal the virtual dials for us to put our pin

It could be a bit cleaner. Under beds lots of dust and balcony superdirty from road/pollution if you step outside feet are black.

Not cleaned well prior to our arrival (what is the cleaning fee used for if not for cleaning??) Had to clean surfaces with sanitizing wipes (see photo for dirt and dust) and found large toenail from prior guest on floor (see photo). Because we couldn’t trust the cleanliness of the dishes, we washed any dish/utensil before using it.

It was clean and in a good location. We booked during summer so the walk to hakata station was a chore. Safe area, with very polite residents. The property helps you with any questions as well as for some last minute additions to your booking. Everything was self check in.

Check-in was at the property. It was simple but long, especially since i had to check-in for 5people. You had to take pictures of your passports if you are a foreigner. And i had to pay for the 2extra people at the self check in tablet at the entrance.
