Everything was perfect.. Apartment was very spacious all facilities required where installed. Beautiful view and so close to centre of Rotterdam everything within walking distance.

Nothing could of been better. Stairs would be problem for people with bad mobility which wasn't a problem for our group.

The host was very helpful. The accommodation was good, but sparsely furnished in the sitting room and could be made a little more comfortable. The rug and sofa were stained, and they could do with cleaning. The kitchen had everything, except a corkscrew. The bar came to our rescue. Fabulous location, right in the centre. The view from the skylight window is amazing.

The stairs are extremely steep and the accommodation is located on the third floor, which could be a problem to some people.. The stained sofa and rug need cleaning.

No soap at all. Since we have forgotten our soap, we had to shower just with water in the first day. No paper towel. No water at the fridge. Just one washing machine soap, which was intended to use at the end before we left.

Great location - lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, near the metro. There was a good office chair for working and fast internet.

I scheduled my check-in via email the day before and called them 30 minutes ahead of time (per their instructions). When I arrived I called again and no one answered the phone; I had to call the management company at which point I learned that my apartment was not ready/was still being cleaned. There is no lift in the building. The water did not drain properly in the bathtub, minimal shower pressure, and the bed/pillow were of poor quality - I woke up with a sore back. No coffee pods for the Nespresso machine were included either.

Location was great, apartment was clean and really comfortable. Nice little welcome pack.

No hooks to hang up towels in bathroom as it was a little tight trying to keep tidy. Better cleaning in bottom of shower.

The location of the apartment is excellent. The friendliness of the person who received us. The transportation service (bus, tram, metro) is excellent. We really loved the city.

It didn't snow!!! Portugal lost to South Korea in the world cup! :) Not much else to say...

the location is great , and the appartment overall is comfortable and ok ,probably the location of the appartment is the biggest ++ ,

1)the radiator did not work properly and we inform the guy that needs to be fixed ,nobody ever came and we had to deal with a couple of nights with 0-2 celsius with no radiator, 2)during the last day of our stay we found a mouse ! i dont know if the mouse was inside the house during all of our stay or somehow managed to get in but it was a terrible experience !

The location is great. Within 10 minutes by foot from Rotterdam Central. Also close to the subway station. There are restaurants and a supermarket near by. The view outside is nice.

The apartment is quite old, therefore bad soundproof. The floor makes squeaky noises. Poor drainage in the bathtub. Not very clean but acceptable considering the price.

Excellent location

Facilities were meant to include an iron, but this was not the case. Asked 2 of the hosts, no one assisted. When travelling for work having packed mostly shirts this was especially frustrating. No attention to guests. Very little storage space for personal belongings - especially in bathroom.

Location is excellent, there’s a public garage only around 150 meters far from the apartment.

All the equipments are very old and looks not clean

Location of property was excellent - a 12 mins walk from the central station and right in the heart of Rotterdam. The living room was a good size and had a great view of the river opposite.

Despite being in a great location the property is next to a bar and is used as a gathering spot for delivery drivers on bicycles as well as a smoking spot for groups of people. On 2 out of the 3 nights that we stayed there was constant noise, shouting/screaming by people who were drunk/on drugs between the hours of midnight and 5am, making it impossible to sleep as the windows are practically on ground level. Using the shutters did nothing to reduce the noise level. The sofa that was supposed to be used as a bed was so cheap/basic that you felt the wooden slats - really uncomfortable to sleep and to sit on. I would recommend having some hooks in the bathroom to allow you to put a towel there. In addition the toilet seat was slightly broken so kept moving when you sat there.

Great location

close to many attractions - food, sites, centrally located.

inattentive - repair of shower drain took several calls to resolve. no interest, quick run through of what to do when we departed.

The location and the size was great. It has a really nice private outdoor area.

We had a shortage of amenities. We only received 3 single servings of coffee which wasn’t enough for 4 days. We didn’t receive any dishwashing tablets so we had to wash dishes in the basin even though there was a machine. We weren’t given dish cloths or any kitchen cooking amenities like salt/pepper/milk. These finer details would add so much to the space and make it extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the stay but this made us really disappointed because it had so much potential.

Apartments were very pretty, well furnished and equipped. Could definitely use a bit of an update, the bed and pull out couch were clearly very old and not in great shape.

We were on the top floor and even with the windows closed there was a lot of noise from the street down below, hard to sleep.

The location was great and the property was very clean.

It would be better to have basic toiletries and cleaning chemicals in the kitchen.

The location is right on a busy street in the heart of the city. It's directly down from the central station and right beside a convenient metro stop. There are shops bars and excellent restaurants right beside the property. The accommodation is basic and there are things missing from it being a higher standard but by comparison with hotel rates on the same dates the apartment was half the price so my good review is based on it being value for money. We were traveling with a young child and found the apartment served us well. Cooking facilities are clean and modern but we did not use them. The property we had was at street level and located right beside a bar. We feared it would be noisy all night but all noise seemed to end by 11 and we slept very well. (this was midweek)

There was no air con or way to leave a window open so in hotter weather you would need to request a fan which I assume the staff would provide. The bedroom had no window or air con but in mid June we found it comfortable. The shower is excellent but the bathroom has no where to hang a towel or leave a toothbrush! But remember it was half the price of a hotel so we can live with this!

The shower was blocked even after informing them no one came to fix it the entire stay. Im absolutely upset with that as there is only one bathroom in the apartment, My friend is disabled and it was hazardous for him as he might slip and fall, the water was overflowing and unhygenic!
