Emplacement parfait, petit déjeuner très bien

Lovely place, exceptional customer service, amazing food. Middle of the island. Perfect to start any type of adventure.

Ana was exceptionally kind. I got every day amazing and huge amount of breakfast. The atmosphere of the whole place is very warm. It is (almost literally) in the middle of nowhere, but I loved the tranquility. You might probably need a car, parking place is provided. 🚗

I like high beds, but this bed was too high for me. WIFI signal was not strong enough, I used mostly my mobile phone (especially on the terrace) I missed only an electrical kettle in my room. But it it was only my preference, not what the description promised I would have. These points are absolutely based on my own preference, so if you don't mind these points, it might be definitely 10/10 for you!

Perfect spot where to stay for a gateway to Lanzarote, very good location! The view from the house is just incredible! Ana and José were the perfect hosts! Really delicious breakfast!

The personnel was very attentive, put their best effort to make us feel welcome, offered us free coffee in afternoon, prepared meticulously delicious breakfast at agreed times.

However they were let down by the surrounding structure, is very old, needs urgent reform. Room initially offered was tiny, we could hardly move, second room was bigger, but there is nooo wardrobe nowhere to put clothes just a rack to hang trousers. Heating unit did not work, a portable radiation unit was given, but does nothing, maybe warms 1 degree a very cold room in January

Amazing and friendly owners and staff, very open and helpful, eager to share advice. Excellent location outside of San Bortholomè, situated on a hill like a small castle, magnificent view overlooking the valley. Great facility, with good aesthetic and a rural vibe. Easily recommended!

The views of the landscape were very impressive. The communal lounge is comfortable.

The bedrooms are in need of update. Ours was very cramped with little room to manoeuvre. We booked another room with a hot tub for our son's 40th birthday. It did not work, came on randomly and was unclean. It rained and there was a leak onto the bed. We were told we were 'lucky' it was only a small leak. Nothing was done to remedy it. There are no cleaning services to the room in a 6 day booking. All additional sheets, towels have to be paid for. Breakfast was poor. Coffee consisted of a single coffee maker so queues are constant. Very little variation on the daily offering. The pool was closed until we contacted the manager. We had to open and clean it first. We checked out two days early.

The break fast was very good for me becaus i love cofee the was a lot of cofee, excelent hotel i realy apreciated and i will return again and again.

The only thing i think was a little bit weak was the internet conection.
