Really clean and confortable.

Really bad wifi, it only work on the first floor. They know about it but do nothing.

Central location, close to main sights.

Wifi is patchy on higher floors, very noisy with street noise such as barking dogs etc.as the windows are thin.

Location was great. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The room could have been prepared well for our arrival. They supplied the things quickly though.

The staff was really lovely and helpful. The manager was doing everything possible so we could have a nice stay in his hotel. Amazing rooftop restaurant with an amazing view and dishes that you will not find elsewhere. Great advices for visiting the city. We really recommend you this hotel.

The location of the hotel the best 👍

They don't put any coffee, tea, kettle etc also they don't allow food inside the room. We booked Lake view Super deluxe room. But that room was under maintenance so they gave us different room which doesn't have lake view. We adjusted as room was super clean.

Location and behaviour of staff and restaurant was also good service

They are a pet friendly hotel and were truly welcoming of our dog. Came and chatted with her and gave her whatever she wanted to eat. The owners are dog lovers and that helps. Charming little hotel in a quaint part of town with a great view of the lake from the rooftop restaurant. Very friendly staff and very helpful. We had to leave early and the cook came in before time specially to have our breakfast ready for us - delicious aloo paranthas. Parking is convenient at a nearby spot and they send someone to help you with your bags etc. Overall, great folks and a lovely experience at the hotel.
