The view to the sea it's wonderful, the owner is very friendly and I like the pool area.

There were many drawbacks due to the hurricane that it would not be fair to name them. I found the men very kind. Voilà ma réponse.

Good views, nice pool and friendly owner.

Can be very noisy, especially on weekends. The arroyo at the bottom of the hill and underneath the road is a party spot. The hotel is also difficult to drive in and out of because of the busy road and limited options to turn around.

The sofa was very bad, even the children were uncomfortable sleeping.

I loved the views of the ocean and mountains. Being up high felt like I was away from the busyness down below. The room and bed were very comfortable, plenty of hot water and nice fruit for breakfast. Eggs & chorizo were also on offer for 50 pesos which was a nice option. Lot's of nice common space to sit and relax.

Everything is clear since Day 1, all well explained and easy going

Room service is not a daily service, I talked to "ama de llaves" and she fixed it!

Breakfast was just some fruits and cheap cake. Staff was not welcoming. The lady who checked us in did an inappropriate joke upon check in and just handed us the key to our room without any other information. No one at the reception during our entire stay.

the most wonderful place - situated perfectly for a stellar view to the sea and sunrise, surrounded by a quiet neighborhood away from the fray. the pool was perfect and the outdoor area was exceptionally comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need for long days lounging in the sun.

I have no complaint. it was extraordinary for the value!

Great ocean/beach view from the hotel. Fresh fruit and good coffee for breakfast. Ready availability of drinking water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Other guests were enjoyable to interact with. Quick and easy access to Uber. Hotel owner provided us with a no cost ride back to the airport.

Bland croissants/buns that were available at breakfast. The Master Suite was smaller than expected/anticipated and no door between bedroom and rest of suite. Highway traffic noise.

Close walk to town and beach. Right on Marina which was convenient.

Not at all what was advertised. I booked a standard suite with suite view that was advertised to have: a kitchenette, kitchenware, minibar, electric kettle, streaming service, sitting area, stovetop ... NONE of those were available. I contacted booking customer service to report the problem and they simply copied and pasted my complaint and sent it to the hotel. There were 72 steps from the road to my room and my luggage weighed 40 pounds. I could hear the pitter patter of rodents in my ceiling and was startled by very large insects in the bathroom. The toilets did not flush and the room had a nasty odor. Breakfast consisted or orange slices and sometimes a day old croissant. Wifi was intermittent and so was hot water. The bath towels were rags - see photos. Staying here requires a car and I did not have one - it was dangerous to walk to the beach since there was not a sidewalk along the busy highway.

Although the hotel is not located on the beach, compared to the other hotels of the same category in San Jose, this one is the best. The view does it all, because without that view the hotel could be just one more in that category. It is a good option for resting, as it is very quiet.

Perhaps only that, in the deck area overlooking the sea, there are two areas with structures that need a tarp, a fabric on the roof, because, although the seats in those zones invite you to sit and enjoy the view, the embracing sun persuades you not to do so, so those areas seem a waste if they do not have a fabric roof to protect you from the sun.

We had a gorgeous view. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we asked about! Super easy to use UBER and arrange for hotel pick up for Cabo San Lucas tours. Light breakfast of pan dulce and croissants and fruits was perfect for us.

The hotel is very nice, beautiful views, but it is a steep hike uphill if you decide to walk down to the beach. If you aren't in great shape, this steep uphill hike (in the heat especially) is quite difficult. Everything about the hotel and room, itself are amazing! (maybe about half mile walk to the beach and little store at the bottom of the hill, but hard uphill for out of shape/bad knees).

for the price it was unbeatable. had everything I needed (AC, TV, a bed) for when I wasn’t in the water or traveling around. Great price as well.

food wasn’t great for breakfast and wifi wasn’t working or was just really bad.

It was spacious, quiet and with a beautiful sea view.

Great view of Costa Azul Bay from atop of hill location. Small intimate property with friendly staff and helpful Manager , Armando. Interaction with other guests comfortably friendly as are staff. Pool kept clean with ample furnishings.

Hill-top location makes for a hike on foot or to highway bus-stop locations.
