Wonderful breakfast delivered to the room and incredible view.

The conos are spacious, well built and include most amenities you’d expect. Due to Covid many of the facilities are either closed or offer limited services but that seems to be gradually changing. I’ve stayed here many times and find it comfortable and well located. Security is always on site so if you're concerned about personal safety you can feel at ease. It really is a.lovely property close to the action but not so close that your sleep will be disturbed. Ideal for families with children of any age.

We loved the unit, the view and the grounds. The location was perfect and the staff was great.

Some minor appliances were not working but were fixed as soon as possible.

Rooms are large and fully furnished. Beautifully decorated with modern finishes. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge stove microwave dishwasher washing machine dryer coffee maker plates cutlery everything! There's even a bbq grill on the patio. Jacuzzi pool in site and 2 other large pools on either end of property. The view is remarkable depending on the room, with full 180 degree view of San Jose del Cabo. It made mornings truly worth it. Breakfast was heavenly, and on time. Likewise lunch and dinner. Restaurant on site Is japanese. There are banks and places to eat 5 to 8 mins drive and the hotel is perched on a hill but located in close proximity to shopping and eateries. The hospital is modern and 3 min drive from hotel. The staff are super friendly and accommodating.

Access to the pool area required walking outside near the parking lot to follow a foot path leading into the interior grounds where the pool was located. It was very awkward especially if you simply have on a robe or towel. Villas or rooms are self contained so food items will need to be purchased as fridge will only have water. No spa, no live entertainment. No on site atm or sundry store.
