Chambre vraiment trop petite ! On ne peut même pas ouvrir la valise dans la chambre sans qu’elle ne gêne… de plus, le couchage du haut n’était pas fait, les draps étaient posés sur le lit…

* chambre pour 3 adultes: attention, le lit simple au dessus du lit double n'est pas fait, ce sera à vous de le faire vous mêmes ! J'ai d'abord cru à une erreur et ai été demandé à l'accueil, mais non.. si vous arrivez très tard pensez y... * la salle de bains est ouverte sur la chambre. La cabine de douche aussi, et même si elle est en verre dépoli en partie, ça fait pas mal d'intimité à partager ! * les toilettes sont à part eux (ouf), mais ne ferment pas à clé, on dirait une sorte de placard avec une porte en contre-plaqué d'1,5cm... * taxe de séjour + chère qu'indiqué sur booking

Good location if staying near Toulouse airport

Wasn't clean. There were cobwebs in the toilet area ceiling, There were black marks on the ceiling above the shower. Not sure if damp or signs of damp had been there. Room needed some DIY doing to it. Bed not too comfy

Easy to find, large and secure carpark, close to the airport, friendly staff, clean and practical.

I booked and paid for a room for 3 adults (which is more expensive than 2) and we got there, the single bed wasn't made. When I mentioned it to the reception, I was told that the bedding was in a bag and I had to make the bed myself! Not something I was looking for after a long car journey. There is no lock on the toilet and no separation between the bathroom and the bedroom. Very cosy...It was fine though for just one night near the airport

The € 20 I got charged to get there in a taxi from airport . Not the hotels fault admittedly , but was late at night due to flight delay .

Will never stay again. I arrived at 11pm (the pre agreed time) female solo traveller. On arrival the hotel refused me a room saying they did not receive payment from booking.com and that I was “lucky” as they were about to give my room to a couple stood next to me in reception,. I showed them my booking.com receipt of payment and booking confirmation, (from 3 days prior) still they refused me a room. They suggested I called booking.com (it’s now 11.30 pm.) They had my booking in the system but refused me the room despite all my paperwork unless I paid again to them. This time the room was more expensive. Repeatedly a member of staff said this happens all the time with booking.com it is your problem with the agent you should book with us the hotel directly The manager was absent but had apparently been aware of the issue all day but had not contacted me. He would have known I was a solo female traveller and had told his staff to refuse me a room. What if I did not have the means to make the second payment for the same room? Or another €17 to get another taxi back to the airport from where I had just arrived?

Dependable surroundings. Clean and comfortable Staff was very helpful in figuring out logistics for an early morning flight. Great for a stay before a flight.

Things missing that would be in other hotels like bath mats and soap near the sink, but hey! It's Ibis Budget !

it’s handy for the airport.

It's a cheap hotel near an airport - we needed somewhere when arriving on a late flight and it was fine, a bit further to walk from the terminal than I had anticipated but that's not their fault :-) Breakfast was fine, had to pay for the children separately, but check out was easy and very close to the tram to get us into the centre of Toulouse for our onward train journey to the Pyrenees.

The rooms where on floors 2 and 4 so quite far from the children. Otherwise - you get what you pay for!

Secured parking. Proximity to airport and highway. 1 double bed + 1 extra heightened bed.

Shower in the room. Bed light not working.

Clean, warm, fine for a quick stop off after a flight. Free covered parking was very handy and easy to get straight out onto the main road for a long drive the next day.

Super budget mattress and pillows. I was expecting basic but maybe not that basic.
