Chambre très propre et relativement bien équipée , plutôt bien insonorisée, grande , très bonne literie , salle de bain grande et propre! L'hôtel était en travaux (peinture) et avait l air bien entretenu. Le personnel a l'accueil très agréable , particulièrement le monsieur qui nous a reçu le soir!

Alojamiento muy cercano a Bayona, que cumplió nuestras expectativas. Camas cómodas y almohadas también. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad pero está bien.

Everything that you can expect for the price! - very comfortable bed - shelf space and even a folding desk - spacious shower - window openable for fresh air - super nice staff

- there could have been a bath mat; you're bound to get the floor wet because of the open plan shower, and I ended up using the second towel - wifi password is a bit "hidden" on the wall by the reception desk

The bed linen, was made of something that made you sweat.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and having the restaurant next door was really convenient. The room was clean, but the towels were a bit 'tired'.

No customer lift to the first floor rooms.

The restaurant was amazing! Probably the best one we've been to during the whole trip.

Breakfast was horrible. The coffee machine definitely needs an upgrade, because it is not normal that you get dirty water or chocolate when you press the cappuccino button. Also, I needed to take 10 cups to get 1 clean. Same with plates. The bedroom was not very clean, specially the bathroom.

Quite secluded - had to cross a highway to buy food.

Location was great as it was close to the motorway which suited us on our way to Spain. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean

This has to be one of the best budget hotels we have ever stayed in. The room looked like it had been recently decorated. The shower was spacious. This was a nice surprise. The front desk service was friendly and professional. We were even asked where in the hotel we'd prefer to stay. The Courtepaille restaurant can be reached directly from the hotel without leaving the building. Good menu, excellent food and service. The menu included vegetarian options which are not always available in France. Well located near the main road in Bayonne. Fortunately we couldn't hear any traffic noise. Being set back from the road obviously helps. A good experience, we will definitely return in the future.

No kettle or drinks provided in the room. We only ever experience this in France. Very annoying after a long journey.

Friendly and welcoming receptionist who was attentive and efficient.

Area used for breakfast was rather clinical and merely functional rather than inviting. A small exterior sign made it difficult to locate in the dark.
