This was the cleanest and best arranged home i have ever had an opportunity to rent. Your attention to detail was amazing. Wine and snacks a great surprise. Hope to come again next year

Great little house packed with useful amenities ...from coffepots, ice, plenty of plates and glasses, several seating areas both in- and outside, and comfy beds. The neighborhood peahens and peacocks visiting added to our delight. Parking was easy and convenient and the location was convenient to every place we visited. Would love to visit again

We had such a great time! The check in process was super easy and when we arrived (which was super late) they had snacks and drinks waiting on us. The house was super cute, clean, recently updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, just a few minutes from the beach. Definitely a great experience.

The home is well cared for and very clean and neat. They thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay, even extra extension cord and power strips. We stocked kitchen with toaster and two kinds of coffee makers. Beds were comfy and the living room has plenty of seating and two people could sleep there if needed. The location is just a short drive to most anything and anyplace you want to go. They even have about 20 peacocks that roam the neighborhood. We highly recommend the Peacock Place when staying in Fort Lauderdale.

Super clean; pictures accurately represent the property; well stocked with all sorts brochures related to the local area; menus for nearby restaurants; complementary snacks, and several products for personal care and cleaning along with a complementary bottle of wine. Automated check in and out and the Home security system added an extra measure of safety. The host responded immediately the one time we needed to ask a question. We highly recommend this property.

My parents, husband and I stayed at this property for one week. We were amazed by how cosy, clean and beautiful the place was. Apart from the clean towels and toiletries that were provided for us to use, the owner also ensured that we were equipped with sufficient snacks and water - which showed the caring side of the host. We truly enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Ft Lauderdale.

The owner has supplied the home with more of the every day necessities and conveniences than any other VRBO home that we have stayed in. Nothing was missing. We cooked in one night... easy to find excellent restaurants other nights. What fun to watch the neighborhood peacocks. Our stay was peaceful and so much fun. Highly recommend this sweet house!! My daughter loved listening and watching for peacocks every evening and the place provided everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful goodies left by the owner (sponge and dish detergent, laundry pods, popcorn). All around, a great stay! Thanks!!

The home was in an area that is changing and being gentrified. We felt very comfortable and neighbours were friendly. House was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, and if not available, quickly supplied by hosts. (Even got a new TV for the living room) We like to be closer to the beach but this worked with a 15 to 20 minute drive. Only suggestion would be to allow more windows to be open so that air could circulate. Small bedroom/office at back of house has own air conditioner and no windows, so would not depend on it as an extra bedroom for family for any prolonged time. One or two nights could work. We enjoyed our stay in the home, and are even considering a return. Very convenient location if you have a car to go to surrounding areas. Richard and Steven could not have been any nicer...right down to the point where Steven drove us to the airport when we left. You will love the beautiful wild peacocks, some of who became our best friends since my husband whistled to them as they came to visit daily. It is definitely a peacock house.!

Wanna stay someplace where your worries are gone? This property is the perfect place. The property manager, Richard, is very friendly and quick in response to any questions his guests may have. The house is very clean, warm and inviting. The kitchen has everything You need to prepare a family meal. Publix is a grocery store only a short drive from the house. The neighbors are kind and welcoming. The patio in the backyard is a great place to relax with drinks after a long day at the beach. While gone from the house, or sleeping at night, there is an optional security system that can be activated so to always feel safe. I have traveled and rented properties all over the country and this one by far is so worth the reservation.

We had a wonderful time staying here for the weekend. Our visit was to see the Miami Dolphins play the Carolina Panthers game on Sunday. The home was very nice, clean and accommodated all of our needs. We plan to return next fall to see the Dolphins play and would stay here again for sure!

Lovely home situated in a quiet neighborhood of Ft. Lauderdale, but still situated within short driving distances to the beach and other hot spot locations. Richard ensured the property was well stocked with all necessities. All safety measures provided as is important for heavily populated areas. Richard is an excellent communicator and host. We particularly enjoyed the patio and seeing the peacocks struct around out the front window throughout the day. Will definitely keep this property in our favorites for future visits.

Our daughter, her husband and 2.5 year old toddler stayed in this beautiful home that is located so conveniently to us and to stores and attractions. The closed in backyard was such a bonus for the toddler. All amenities were provided, including a washer and dryer. Richard, our host, was very clearly and timely communicative. We all felt very well taken care of and were very very pleased!

Centrally located with ease to Lauderdale area and restaurants. Close to Los Olas Blvd my favorite street for shopping. Great amenities and thoughtful placement of hooks, storage and nicely set up kitchen. Enjoyed the use of outside grill. Visiting peacocks was fun bonus. Will definitely rent in the future. Very quiet neighborhood.
