Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao tram, supermercados e cafés em geral. Possui cozinha para preparar alimentos, bar e um ótimo espaço externo na parte superior. Quarto bom, com cama grande, banheiro e chuveiro bons. É oferecido toalhas e shampoo para banho. Possui um excelente café da manhã com várias opções de pães, omeletes, torradas e bebidas.

O quarto era ao lado do bar e a música alta pode incomodar um pouco se for dormir cedo.

シャワールームは、プールの更衣室タイプでビーチサンダル等がないと厳しいと思います。 女子部屋に大きな鏡があるのに惹かれましたが、電気がつかない&コンセントが近くになくて残念。

観光地から近い。温水シャワーが使える。

コモンルームも含めて全体的に照明が暗い。

Excelente desayuno y la atención de la camarera. Muy comoda la habitación y muy bien la recepción. Genial el bar!

The location of the property was amazing and the stuff was really friendly. They gave me recommendations for a restaurant called Batak grill and it was amazing. 10/10 food and really good prices in drinks.

The toilets were dirty and half of the time I was there in the woman’s toilets there was not toilet paper so I had to go to the men’s restroom every time to get some.

Great hostel with a very young, hip and happening and funky vibe. Centrally located and close to everything. Helpful pleasant staff. Lovely pool for summer and great little restaurant and pub on site.

Terribly noisy in the early hours of the morning even with the window tightly closed but to be expercted.

The location!! It was really easy to go around zagreb from the hostel. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. They answered any questions and even helped me on how to get to the bus terminal.

There were used and dirty towels scattered in the bathroom. Also, there was a strong smell that was kinda hard to shake off. I had to be early in using the showers since there’s only 2.

Available and nice personnel (Laura), Had a 4 bed room that had it's own private bathroom, much more comfortable than sharing it with more people. The location is excellent, right in the city center with many useful shops around. Has a bar and a pool, perfect for socializing and chilling. The room was good, had a big locker, it opened with a keycard so easier than having keys. You can ask for a towel at the reception. The bed was decent, with a light and plug. Special bonus for the self service coffee machine. Wifi is excellent.

A towel on the floor of the bathroom would not have been too much. No shampoo or soap for the shower.

L'accueil est top avec possibilité de laisser ses bagages. L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre ville à quelques minutes à pieds de nombreuses visites ! Chambres confortables le seul petit point est que les couloirs ne sont pas très bien isolés donc il peut y avoir un petit peu de bruit me matin mais sinon très calme dans l'ensemble. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Piscine dispo sur le toit (pas l'hiver), bar et restaurant (sauf le dimanche pour le restaurant) également présents.

Comfortable beds with curtains for everyone. Kind staff with late check in available past 11pm. Very good breakfast for 9 euro

Small bathroom

I really enjoyed the hostel! The beds were really comfortable and had good privacy with the curtains, it all looked clean and well thought about. The room had a really nice bathroom and I loved the common room as well. Also the lady at check in was so nice! Overall it was a great hostel, and so worth every penny.

After reading review about street noise for the ground "family" room, and the average cleanliness I almost canceled my booking, I'm glad I did not. The swanky is a nice place to stay a few days. It's a Hostel not a 4 star Hotel but it a really nice Hostel. It clean, it's not so noisy , out of 3 nights we only had one where people chatted outside a bit loud at 2 am .. but to the point I would ask them to leave. The bar terrace Is a nice place to chill in the afternoon, night. Population is rather mixed (family with children, group of friends, solo traveler)

They partner with a shuttle service for airport lift that is 2 if not 3 time more expensive that taxi or Uber.

We stayed in a room (since I was traveling with a minor). Facilites were good. We decided to venture out to look for breakfast. We never made it to the pool, bar or common room (we only stayed one night). Found the room to be clean and efficient. Bathroom as also very clean. it’s what I would expect from a hostel.

You can tell that they have plenty of experience with having a hostel. Free coffee, free biycyles, comfy beds, curtains for privacy in their dorms, tons of helpful & funny advices, a good enough kitchen and good showers. There's a nice bar on top as well with 10 percent discount for hostels guests.

One advice: They need to change something about the card system to get access to the room. I stayed 2 nights and got woken up twice each night because other guests were not capable of opening the door properly. There was a super loud alarm from the door lock. I woke up and had to show other guests how to turn the alarm off and avoid that in the future 😅

staff were unhelpful (asked them for suggestions of where to eat and they said google it) smell in the room (12 bed dorm) they let anyone in the bar (not just residents of hostel)
