Facilities were well maintained; clean room, hot showers, it was quiet, had great air-conditioning, dining area was nice with a relaxed feel, Here 'n' There Espresso van had lovely coffee.

Curtains allowed too much light into the room at night.

The staff was very kind and helpfull, they made us feel welcome. The room was nice and clean and cooled down when we arrived. The commen area was good, and had both indoor and outdoor.

The kitchen was an outdoor kitchen, which was nice, but also mad it less sanitary.

room was not well cleaned, there was an used soap in the toilet, cigarette rolling paper on the floor and the linen was itchy. Staff didn’t receive us well, even though she apologised later because she was busy.

Price and pet friendly- allowing pet inside. So many say pet friendly and they are not at all.

Not being able to check in old fashioned way and pay in person, would of liked to use different card but didn’t get to speak to anyone. Acknowledge the nice note & with key & the chilled way but a greeting ( during daytime hrs option -maybe note saying ph when arrive? ) would be nice.

Not far from the beach and the common area are pretty great.

There was never anyone at the reception, the staff is not very friendly, the rooms are only cleaned on certain days of the week randomly and the beds are very uncomfortable.

The standard twin room was bigger than in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Agnes Water, and only 200 m from the beach via walking path. Shared kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the indoor/outdoor lounge space was nice. There was simple breakfast of toast and spreads provided. Air-conditioning and WiFi worked really well in our room. There is also a laundry and drying machine for an extra fee. Decent basic accommodation for those on a budget.

Cleaning could be improved. Our “white” towels were more gray in color and had some brown stains. Facilities are on the older side.
