Our stay was very pleasant and all the amenities of the 2 bedroom apartment very useful. The resort facilities, the golf course, the swimming pool and the restaurants on the property were very much appreciated. I have enjoyed the most the quiet and very well mentain area. Our host made sure our stay was pleasant and was very helpful with all details we've requested.

Unfortunately not anything that it is worth.

Some people may like it but we did not.

Quiet area , top floor location , 2 bedroom apartment with lots of features fully equiped kitchen and living area. Top view to golf course . Close to Balcic and all norhern part of Bulgarian seaside.Veronica nice pleasant host working familly business ready to help and customer oriented western style .

Bathrooms needs remodel, just basic amenities , old style bathtub and average lighting. Restaurants in the area just basic, 19th hole restaurant at golf course serving average food , swimming pools at resorts and in the building complex , deserve more and accurate maintenance.Green area not weel maintained all over the Lighthouse resort .

The villa is very clean and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and they do their best to help you in any situation. My only regret is that it is not possible for pets to accompany you. I would love to have the option to pay an extra fee for my little dog, to have the option to spend this wonderful time with him , a little Coker Spaniel dog. The villa is equipped with its own pool, very clean and I did not use the hotel beach at all. In the morning we prefer to go to Thracian Cliffs beach. Maybe next year the owner will take in consideration the option pet allowed

The house was very well maintained, clean and cozy, the views to the sea were fantastic, pool was warm and just perfect.

The wind and the nice atmosphere

The apartment was spacious, clean and had all utilities. The property representative was very nice and helpful. The complex is well positioned, but you need a car to go the beach and in nearby cities (Balchik, Kavarna etc.) The place was quiet (except one small incident) both during the evening and in the night. There is a supermarket at the ground floor of the building.

Main internet connection was missing. The host gave us the access to a backup spot, from a near apartment, which had unfortunately a poorer signal. Although we have been promised that the main connection will be restored in the coming days, it was not. The host required a guarantee of LEV 60 for the key and access card, in cash, at check in (of which I haven't been aware of). They did not accepted a payment with card. So we needed to use the nearby ATM which charged us LEV 7 fees for a LEV 60 withdrawal. One day, when came to our apartment in the evening, we could hear loud noises coming from next-door apartment. We have called the property representative and they solved the issue, probably by suspending the activities. However, it was unpleasant and made us feel uncomfortable for some half an hour. These are may be small details that are making a difference when you're in a vacation you have been waiting for one year and a half.

Beautiful landscape, the apartment had everthing we wanted, air conditioner in all the rooms, the kitchen was fully equiped. Quiet and relaxing pool area.
