The staff and poor service

Everything is well maintained. Everyone speaks English, nice and accommodating. Feels safe and protected. Spectacular views, and golfing is unique.

The road coming to the entrance needs improvement. Potholes can cause car damage.

the breakfast was very good; the restaurant food also; the room was spacious and nice; the resort very nice and the views as well.

the people working there (hotel, restaurant, beach…) are pretty sad and bitter; 1 big problem is that at noon, there is no place you can eat in the resort; you can only eat at the beach: argata restaurant was not good at all and bendida is far away and very crowded; the rooms are not very clean for a 5* resort; the transportation to bendida is taking a lot of time; we wating 15 min to get in one of the buses to the hotel; the worst part was that the bebdida beach and restaurant closes at 6; it is very early; we have a child and we could not buy a water for her because everything on the beach was closing.m; we left 1 day earlier…that bad it was.

Lovely grounds and beautiful apartments with really large terrace and big rooms! We also enjoyed the spa services and the restaurants! On our first night we had dinner at Geti restaurant and we were lucky to arrive at around sunset time so we enjoyed the amazing scenery overlooking the Black Sea! We loved our time at Bendida beach and our lunch there.

Quality, spacious rooms, quiet.

Prices at beach restaurants were too high. No walking paths to beaches.

The view, the hotel has a very good position

They refused to send me an invoice for the amount I payed to stay at their hotel. The guest asked for the invoice when she left and she only received an invoice for less the half of the price I payed!
