Needed a getaway on the beach for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place! Great location, easy to find, easy checkin, plenty of room and the view was just priceless. Had everything we needed and lots of things within walking distance or short drive. Highly recommend!

Our group included four generations of family and each had our needs met perfectly with this property. The upstairs room accommodated my 80 year old Mom without having to navigate stairs. The ocean views from the down stairs rooms offered a spectacular sight to wake up to in the morning. The owner seems to have thought of everything. All rooms were well stocked and there was nothing else we needed. There were tons of kids beach toys and a great yard that included grass and sand for beach and lawn games. Location of the property was perfect for food options. Our family looks forward to returning to this welcoming home.

Property was a beautiful location for us to celebrate our youngest sisters 50th birthday. Plenty of space to relax and be together but also to spread out and enjoy the views and beautiful walks. Thank you for the great communication and location.

When we arrived after a very long day of traveling across country, for our 5 day stay, (Oct 12-16, 2022) we found the place very clean, everything in working order, the house to be exactly as described and the location simply perfect! We could not have enjoyed this property any more than we did. Our Military son and family stationed there was the reason for our visit and we wanted to find a nice, comfortable place for many return visits. We found the perfect place! We will absolutely be booking this house again. The property manager/ owner touched base with us and wanted to assure that we had a wonderful stay and that was a nice touch! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Perfect place to stay and not leave! The outdoor spaces are incredible! The house has great use of spaces and provided plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. Can’t wait to stay again. Highly recommend this property.

No words can ever describe how great the sound and feel of the ocean waves really are. Our family loved it. We played in the private sand beach in front of the house, we played in the yard. The house was immaculate and we just wish we could stay there every day.

The property was perfectly suited for our family of 10, ranging in age from 3 1/2 to 71. The yard with grass, sand, fire pit and barbecue —super! Access to the ocean at low-tide was surprisingly easy. Also, it was very close to the Oceanside pier and beach. Views of waves, surfers, sunsets and dolphins kept us entertained.
The week we were there was unusually warm so we did run the air conditioner most of the time and kept the doors and windows closed, but still could hear the waves. The house had plenty of glassware but needed more silverware, and possibly more hand towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms. Other than that everything else seemed to be provided. We truly loved our stay!

Wonderful. First time in Oceanside and want to return to this house soon

Home next door being remolded had construction noise from 7 to 7 no privacy do to house being so close. Never informed about the construction even though owner admitted she knew about it.. Refrigerator was not working properly food would be warm to touch. Air did not work states its set to 72 but we had it on for 4 hours and never went below 80. Called owner and we were told that rental contract states as is conditione. We left after 2 days notified owner due to all of the above we could not stay in home. Told us we would not get a refund.

We had a great time at this house! Amazing location, amazing views, plenty of space for our group of 6. The beds were so comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a couple days of fun in the sun. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was incredible. Overall a wonderful experience! Can't wait to book here again.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house! The highlights included having your own beach, which our little one lived in while there, we scaled down the rocks at low tide and boogie boarded and walked on beach, very spacious home, comfy beds, beautiful sunsets and adequate seating. I would suggest it be a great home if you are planning on staying at home and just enjoying family time as the area is a little sketchy and doesn’t offer a downtown beach area with cute shops and restaurants. We stayed put and cooked at home with groceries we brought-entire time which was perfect for us. Overall we had a great time and was a much needed R&R we hoped for.

Unbelievable! Don’t look for any other property! This is the one!
Holy moly. We are literally in tears because we have to leave this little slice of Heaven. The home was tastefully decorated, the amenities were abundant, and the home was well stocked with all of the essentials. The only thing that could have been better would have been a longer stay. Guess we will have to make it a point to come back! Thank you for hosting. Your property is incredible.

Beautiful weekend at the beach.
Property was perfect for celebrating with family. It was an easy walk to the pier and downtown Oceanside with lots of restaurants and shops.

Great house on the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay with our daughter and grandkids, ages 2 and 5 . The sand area was a great place for them to play. If you like hearing the ocean, this is the place for you! When the tide is out you can walk on the rock beach and sandbar. I would advise water shoes because of the rocks, which are absolutely beautiful. The house is in walking distance of a pier and eating stands. The Tin Fin is great! We stayed here to take the kids to Legoland and to Disneyland and that worked out well. The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if we are in that area.

Need to go back ASAP
My family got me this vacation for my birthday. It was a dream come true. From the comfortable rooms to the very stocked kitchen, sand toys, kayaks, boards. There is a lots of rocks. Bring water shoes. And look at the low tide times if you want to have water time. The perfect outside setting. Minus The lounge chairs in the picture. Not there anymore. The big blue chairs outside by the watering in the sand are so comfortable. Going to buy some for my pool. Everything was clean. Lots to do in the area. However why leave everything is there at the house. We did get a parking ticket even though we moved the car for the street sweepers. Not sure why? We obeyed the times. Had to get up at 5:30 am to move the car and walk back far. But the sweepers only come on the 2 Nd. And 4 th. Monday of the month. So next time I would not rent then. We had 6 adults and two infants and a 2 year old. We all loved it. We brought our own pack n plays and a high chair because they don’t provide stuff like that. We all had a lot of room. I can’t say enough about our vacation because This home is truly the best. Being this close to the water and listening to the waves is so peaceful and relaxing.

Spectacular sunsets, lush grass area, fire pit and private beach. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Throughly enjoyed our stay!

Help! Need to contact the owner about diamond necklace left there
I need to contact the owner. My friend left her silver necklace with a diamond halo pendant in the house. It was hanging on the instructions card in the living room. I know it's been a while but she just realized the last place she left it. Help!!!

Questionable
Although the home itself was very nice, the home was NOT clean when we arrived. Also, they advertise paddle boards and kayak for use but then say it is not for use and would not supply a paddle. The day we were leaving we were practically shoved out by the lawn maintenance people and cleaners. We had the house till ten but left early because of that. They need an easier way to get down to the beach. There was a drug deal going on a block away from the home, so although the area was nice, home was nice, there were definitely some undesirable people lingering around the area.

Ocean breezes and beach combing!
This property was just what our family needed. Very clean, great location, good parking. Even though there are plenty of things to do in the area, just staying in and enjoying the house, ocean view and breeze is great entertainment.

Fantastic place to stay!
I loved every part of this rental. Everything we needed was there. The private beach and back yard were way more than I expected. The only issue I ran into is we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and had to go buy our own. 6 rolls were provided. If we were men it would not have been a problem, but for 7 women staying there for a week it was not enough. Overall we LOVED this place. I would recommend it to any especially if you have kids. It was awesome.

Loved the view!
We had great trip! Nice views from inside the house and out back. Because the tide was so high we really didn't have a beach area, but luckily the beach was in walking distance when the children wanted to play in the water. I actually loved watching the crashing wave against the rocks and wall.
The houses on both sides of the backyard don't give much privacy, but the owners live next door and we hardly saw them at all. We were also lucky no one was staying on the other side of us.
The only real issue we had was parking. We had two large vehicles and the driveway is very small. We were able to maneuver our vehicle in sideways (just barley) and had the other vehicle park in front of the driveway. So it did all work out, just a little frustrating at first. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay at this magnificent property right on the beach. Waking up every morning to hear the waves crashing against the rocks was truly spectacular and something we'll never forget! Our two little boys absolutely loved getting to go out and play both in the backyard on the grass and on the sand: they spent endless hours building sand castles together. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, taking a stroll up to the Oceanside Pier as well as further south along the beach. The nearby restaurants that we had food delivered from were also amazing and memorable. The home itself was exceptional and just as awesome as in the photos. The main room on the street level that overlooks the ocean has breathtaking views with its huge windows. While the weather was a bit chilly, we could just stay inside, drink coffee, play board games with the kids while looking out on the ocean. The balcony is also really something special, with really nice patio furniture (great for when our little one took a nap!).

Beyond expectations
I have traveled plenty and have stayed in many properties, this by far exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. The furnishing were perfect, the kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed and the beds were even comfortable. I had forgotten garlic at the store and was even able to borrow it from the owner! She was lovely. You are in walking distance of many bars and restaurants. By far, the most amazing part is the view! You cannot beat it! The sunsets are spectacular. You are literally right on the ocean. You can hear the waves hitting the beach at night. I would recommend this property 1000 times. We had a great stay it was not only on the water but practically in the water beautiful house plenty of room and great layout had everything needed . It was a warm weekend so only thing we never got to do was enjoy the fire pit .
