Attentive, helpful and very friendly host. Guesthouse is gorgeous and in a very convenient location that feels authentic; it’s far from mass tourism yet close to everything by Uber or cab (I’m a solo traveler and don’t drive); it might take a few more minutes to get an Uber as other reviewers said but it wasn’t a problem at all for me. Breakfast was plentiful and such a peaceful moment every morning, overlooking the beautiful garden (with little monkeys in the mango tree!).
The room I stayed in got pretty bright early in the morning and the birds can be pretty loud so it could be useful to bring an eye mask and earplugs. But these were minor inconveniences for me. All the rest was so wonderful.

We had a perfect stay! The villa is just gorgeous, artistic, charming, perfect and the hosts are nice, Guido and Francisco make you feel like home! Breakfast was the best one we've had during our stay in Brazil so far, served in the garden with light music. Fantastic!

The House and Garden are just a gem in the charming neighborhood of Santa Teresa.
Guido the host was super friendly and did give us some good advice to get around.
We definitly would like to come again.

Guido is an incredibly nice host, he is kind and helpful. The house offers a nice view and is located in a vibrant neighborhood in Santa Teresa. I can highly recommend staying at this place, it has been the best accommodation we've seen during our stay in Brazil.

The house is beautiful & comfortable, wonderful garden , very close to all the attractions in Santa Teresa and lots of good restaurants. Guido & Chico are amazing hosts, they gave us many tips & information about what to see & do in the city & served us a great breakfast every morning. They even brought me a mini cake & sang for me on my birthday, which was really sweet & made me start the day happy & smiling. Highly recommended, we stayed for 10 ten days and had a wonderful time.

Quiet place. Absolutely clean and confortable; very friendly welcome.
As everything in this house; breakfast was prepared with care, and, having it in the garden in the light of the sunny morning of Rio was just a peacefull and delightfull moment !

Guesthouse Bianca is and amazing place to stay in Rio De Janeiro. Santa Teresa is truly the most atmospheric bario of the city. Our host Guido was super super kind with us and helped us in everything starting from the Covid test to a very late and uncomfortble arrival and some misunderstandings with a local taxi driver. The place is amazing, the atmosphere is fabulous. We would definetly recommend and whenever we come back, we will stay at Guido's Guesthouse Bianca.

A beautiful old house set in a tranquil well established garden. Guido and Chico were perfect hosts, very kind and informative.

The hosts were so kind and accommodating. The house was beautiful and in a really great location in Rio. The breakfast was delicious. I was traveling to Rio with a friend and one day on the trip, we had to leave early for a tour. Our hosts offered to pack a small lunch to take with us. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and happy. We loved everything about the house and I plan to come back again with my husband.

Location is also nice, just five minutes from San Teresa. The taxi to SDU airport cost about 2.5 usd!

You need to know that the toilet is not in the room, but in the hallway. If breakfast could be more varied from day to day, it would be great!

We couldn´t have experienced Rio in a more authentic way! A beautifully renovated house built in the 1930s located in the bohemian neighbourhood of Santa Teresa allows you to feel the atmosphere of the historic streets of Rio. We highly valued the opportunity to relax in the garden to escape the rush of the city while still being in the heart of it. Moreover, the house was sparkly clean, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the neighbourhood is very safe. We walked around in the evening to discover the streets around and we felt completely fine. Thank you guys for hosting us! We wish you best of luck in the future!

Great location near Lapa, the house is beautifully decorated, very taste full. The hosts are friendly and helpful and a great breakfast, served at the terrace outside with a wonderfully garden.
