O atendimento de todos os colaboradores é excelente! O café da manhã é diversificado, muito bom.

Perto do Aeroporto Santos Dumont, ponto de táxi em frente ao hotel.
Estão em reformas no andar do spa, esqueceram de fechar um registro, o que ocasionou um vazamento de grandes proporções, estourando o teto e inundando a área destinada ao café da manhã. Tivemos que tomar café com goteiras e baldes por todo lado, e com receio de que caísse mais algo de cima. Um desastre total por incompetência!

Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com a recepção desse hotel, pois cheguei muito cansada por conta do voo ter sido de madrugada, e a recepcionista antecipou o check in como cortesia, isso foi muito importante para nós, ficamos muito agradecidos! ❤️ O quarto também é um ótimo custo benefício.
O café da manhã pode melhorar, infelizmente nos 5 dias no hotel não foi feita nenhuma limpeza no quarto.

A PORTA DO BOX NÃO FECHA, O QUE FAZ COM QUE O BANHEIRO FIQUE TODO MOLHADO. O CHUVEIRO É DIRECIONADO PARA A PAREDE, ATRAPALHANDO O BANHO. EDREDOM NÃO FOI LAVADO, ESTANDO COM PERFUME DE OUTRO HOSPEDE E É MUITO FINO. SOLICITEI EMISSÃO DE NOTA FISCAL E ATÉ 14/03 NÃO RECEBI. NÃO VOLTO A ME HOSPEDAR NESSE HOTEL.

ótima localização com restaurantes, bares, mercado, padaria, farmácia e pontos turísticos perto, café da manha perfeito bem variado, quarto bem confortável adorei a estadia!
só não gostei que no primeiro dia pedi um edredom, tive que descer na recepção pois o telefone não estava funcionando, pedi ao recepcionista ele falou que levaria só que dormi e não chegou tive que pedir novamente no outro dia

staff were friendly
blood on the counter on arrival, beggars and homeless harassing us as we arrived at the door. bed was covered in a plastic sheet and mattress stained with yellow stains, only 1 pillow each, mouldy fishy smell in the room, dirty carpets throughout the hallway, mouldy bathroom, dipped mattress on one side. breakfast was covered in flies, blood found in another one of our rooms. we were booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1 night we just could t stay in this hotel. we travel a lot and have never checked out after a day. all 9 of the group wanted to leave.

Gostei muito da minha estadia, atendeu minhas expectativas que era um local de descanso antes de um dia importante. Precisava de silêncio, e mesmo sendo na Lapa, com a janela fechada isola muito bem o som. Quarto muito agradavél e limpo. Ar condicionado e Wi-fi funcionando. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com muitas opções e fresco.
Eu gostei de tudo, não houve nenhum problema na estádia e nem no quarto.

Café da manhã simples, porém tudo muito saboroso. Localização boa, cordialidade dos funcionários nota 1000, conforto excelente! Ótimo custo benefício.
Vale muito a pena, com certeza voltarei.
Pra chegar a noite a pé, um pouco perigoso, mas nada que impeça você de ter uma boa estadia.

Hotel is secure and in a very good location, close to restaurants and bars, but far enough away from a lot of the noise of Lapa. Room was comfortable and clean. Sufficient for my needs. Breakfast was okay. Nice to have. The also had a fully stocked mini-bar which was nice.

Breakfast was great, staff is presentable, hot water was in abundance, elevator was always there.
Bed was not the best, sheets would come away from the corners part way through the night, having to constantly reset, also more deep cleaning in the bathroom.

All the staff, very professionel and helpfull. Nice hotel. Feeling at home. Convenient location, easy to move quickly around with Uber, supermarkets, old small bars with Brasilian music. Friendly population.
The area is close to Central. Too many homeless. Rio sad reality!

rooms and entire hotel in very poor condition. strongly recommend to book a different hotel. don’t let the ratings on booking.com or TripAdvisor fool you.
rooms in no way look anything like the pictures. reception service is extremely poor (can’t help with a taxi, no help with bagage or even opening a door upon arrival, have no information on places to visit, most don’t speak English, etc etc etc). rooms are very small, hall ways are dark, damp, old carpets, breakfast should not be called breakfast (the worst ever in 30 years traveling in Brazil). there is not enough space in this review to list all the bad things about this hotel.

Great place to stay if you want to explore Centro and Lapa of Rio. It's around the corner from the party streets so convenient and safe to walk around. The beds were super comfy and the shower was hot with good pressure.
