Absolutely nothing good about this hotel other than location. Close to Hyde Park for concerts & the reason for booking

Everything. Filthy. Mould and damp on the walls. Toilet chain didint flush properly. Remote not working for the telly. There was an empty open condom packet in the bed. Absolutely disgusted. If I'd not paid so much to watch a concert in Hyde Park id have left!

The only good thing about this hotel was that it was really good location for us to go to pink at hyde park

To be honest basically everything was terrible there was 3 single beds, lights that didn't work, ceiling coming off in places, bathroom floor was almost like we were going to go through it, the bathroom was horrible gaps in the glass the shower is right at the window with no curtain at window, shower curtain was ripped to go through the pole

You get what you pay for. It wasn't the most cleanliest of places and the decor was interesting but it was in a great area and the staff were pleasant. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Great location . The rooms need updating ,painting etc, but for the price and location great value. I stayed two nights a few streets away and it was 150 a night.

Room was basic, no bathroom. Bed was decent, and location of place is great, close to Marble Arch tube and right next to Hyde Park, which is good if you need a walk or run, or just a general walk around. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

No complimentary tea or coffee in the room plus the kettle base was in one of the drawers obviously for a long time as it had gathered dust. One of the plug sockets in the room was damaged and some of the walls had marking, would need a referb at some point. Bathroom, well toilet and shower was a bit run down, scrapings or paint scrapings on the tiles, made it look a bit run down. Shower was okay plus toilet needs to be kept a bit more clean throughout the day. Also wifi is a bit average/poor connection wise. I think for what it costs it was a bit pricey, for what i got. Overall if this hotel made some improvements it would benefit a lot especially for the location its in.

It was the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. In the pictures it looked clean. There was loads of mould , the paint was coming off the ceiling, all the walls and ceiling had brown marks and in places it looked like blood and phlegm stuck to the wall, the bathroom window was falling out, and had years of red mould on the window, I assume they couldn't clean it for fear it would fall out of its frame. The wood all around the window was rotten and crumbled with a slight touch, the gap was so big we noticed someone had stuck a bar of soap in there. If I didn't have such an extensive itinerary there's no way I would have stayed there. No money is worth what I experienced...avoid at all costs

Location was decent. Close to metro to make it easy to get around.

This room it's just for one night, the bathroom hasn't hot water and it is in the second lever (our room was in the first level). The experience was really bad, there was a man screaming in the night and the fear of a fire in the room was big.

Old and dirty carpets and furniture. Nails instead of hangers in the room says it all. Would never stay again.

Great position, close to Marble Arch and to the center city, by walk everywhere, Hyde park really close, big shower

Broken wall, hairdryer didn't work and they didn't give me another one, dirty curtain, something weird on the floor, a small towel I bought a new hairdryer and new shower towel
