Everything, a piece of paradise! It's very rare to get this close to the sea. Nespresso machine a good touch. Everything I needed was here. Great bus links to local towns, and had some really good walks from here getting the bus back. Loved the comfy chaise long by the window for reading and watching the every changing sea.

Parking was fine for me off season, not sure how hard it would be to get in the car parks in the height of summer.

The flat is very central, it looks completely new and has amazing views. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. It is a very nice flat and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

There are minor repairs to do: kitchen sink tap is loose; the panel under the dishwasher needs fixing it keeps falling every time the dishwasher is opened.

Home away from home, very comfortable with everything we needed for a wonderful week away. Location is excellent a great base for getting out walking.

Clean and tastefully decorated apartment, very conveniently located with wonderful sea views. Attentive property management with excellent communication throughout.

No downsides for us, but may be worth noting that access is via a couple of flights of stairs that could be a bit of a challenge for elderly or less mobile occupants.

The apartment was lovely, beds very comfortable, very clean. Beautiful views from the balcony. Didn't use any of the cooking facilities as I don't cook on holiday. Loved to hear the bell and seagulls at night. Near to shops restaurants and pubs. Would definitely stay again. Jason has excellent communication skills, quick replies to any questions. Shampoo, conditioning and body wash supplied which was great, also dishwasher and laundry tablets, milk and kitchen roll which was great.

Parking can be an issue, I got a permit for the week, (you need a permit if you have a blue badge too)but had to move car before 8pm on the morning of leaving. Of course this is not the fault of the apartment owners. It's pretty much the same all over Ilfracombe. There are about 40 steps to reach the apartment inside, so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The bath towels are small, bath sheets would be better.

Location, views and comfortable apartment, balcony, well equipped, two hot showers. Great communication. Parking permit arranged for us. We were able to see our car in the car park at all times from our bedroom window.
