Υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το σήμα της τηλεόρασης και δεν έπιανε κανένα κανάλι εκτός από την ΕΡΤ πραγματοποιήσαμε εκ νέου αναζήτηση και δυστυχώς τα ίδια.ισως χρειάζεται αποκωδικοποιητή .Αυτό μόνο! φτιάχνεται εύκολα!

The flat was clean and has all needed amenities for a short stay. It is walking distance from monemvasia village coastline and castle. It seemed recently renovated as a purpose build flat for rentals. Available parking spaces.
The flat was small which made the overall experience a bit less comfortable or romantic for a couple’s weekend away. View of the balcony is on an empty field and a half build block of flats and also the mountain on the back of the village. No view of the sea/monemvasia from the balcony but this js mentioned in the description of the flat, nevertheless the balcony is too close to the road so it’s difficult to get any privacy so we ended up with the curtains closed that made the flat looking even smaller!..

It was great, solar energy all around. The photos are accurate, the apartment is located on the top floor and it might seem tiny or hot (photos) but it isn't! Comfortable bed, two balconies, one facing the mountain and the other Monenvasia :), basic kitchen appliances, all was well organized and clean, they will clean the apartment everyday if needed.
A very convenient location to visit Monemvasia walking or by car, many restaurants and markets. We recommend to visit the Ambelakia beach, 15 min or so driving and it was beautiful!

nice view of the surrounding, including the island/old city part. A very appreciated during hot hours, was Netflix for my daughter ;) , a very nice add-on to the property.
Electrical installation is funny, we could never use the boiler for tea/coffee :( , a bit far from the sea/restaurant/bars... would need to use the car. Parking place is really small and tricky, avoid large car.

The location is great. Further away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk from the bridge. The apartment was clean, with a big balcony. There were 2 Aircon units and mosquito screens.
The bed was very comfortable and big. We slept exceedingly well.
The staff were helpful. I managed to forget 2 dresses and the lady rang me back and we arranged for them to be sent to an address via courier.
There are shops nearby and oh so many places to go out and eat/drink at.
This was a no frills accommodation but then again, for the price, we would have struggled to find something better.

After paying for an upgrade we got an apartement that was much older than in the pictures. When we told the staff about this and asked for a solution, she was not helpful and tried to keep convincing us that the pictures are exact the same. Which they of course were not.

I booked economy mountain view apartment listed as double bed with sofa bed - but it appears that sofa bed is actually a single bed. Pay attention to this confusion.
Besides even in a 3-person room we had 2 forks and 2 spoons.

The beds were comfortable and the Reception and general hospitality was good.
The coffee set-up in the room was not nice, we had no electric kettle, and it took forever to boil water on a tiny electric plate and only Greek coffee was available no instant coffee for example. But otherwise the place was clean and comfortable.

Kitchen could do with a few more basic utensils eg sharp knife, enough bowls and plates for number of guests, tea towels etc.

Magnificent views over to Monemvasia. Lovely spacious apartment with a good little kitchen and fridge. Coffee making facilities, a kettle and everything needed for a bit of self catering. Two balcony areas for our room, one more private than the other. Parking right next to the apartments.
Not so much didn't like, but a room with a view comes with lots of steps to climb. The location is in a residential area near a school so the sounds of children playing and dogs barking might not be to everyone's taste.

We really enjoyed our stay at Green Apartment in Monemvasia. It was a bit tricky to find but Dimitris gave us excellent directions and met us at the property. He was very welcoming and friendly and gave us a bigger room on the same floor as our children, which was a bonus and the room had fab views of Monemvasia, which was stunning! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, bright and modern and the beds were so comfortable. All in all a great stay in a great place :-)

Very friendly and kind owner, clean apartment, super good and confy beds, nice and warm heating systems (visited in winter-time), central but yet quiet location, only 2 mins from the Monemvasia castle.
