Their business attitude. The boiler wasn't working for 3 days when finally the owner gave the green light to fix the issue. They decided to get an used one from another unit. Instead of buying a new one. The boiler that didn't work was installed in another unit. That tells all about how they run a business

Kong hnd lang matigas ang bed. For me 100% perfect place to stay.

Well first of many is the place is so old,, didn't notice at first coz if I have i would not be definitely stayed,btw.the mattress of the bed is so old it's like when you lie down it becomes a cup like you have been moulded inside...worst bed ever!the aircondition is so dusty,i had suffered from allergies .the bedsheets are old too it's like they're not clean at all...i won't recommend this place..

Management not good. Shes of bad characther.Moved us out of our room we've been staying in to a smaller room to accommodate other guest who apparently offered her more money. Rate not the same for everyone. Doesn't always accommodate turns people away who pay less through booking.com or other discounted rates online. Demands higher rates. Especially if extending and told not to reserve online.Especially for foreigners. Lives on site with drunkard partner.who doesn't like foreigners. Hotel security across from them state many problems with this hidden establishment. Old run down. Tiny bathrooms toilet, shower together so floor always wet. Microwave shared with other guest so gets pulled out. Same with fans.

This property owner canceled my confirmed and paid bookings to prevent me from putting my review about his property. He confirmed one of my bookings on its 'free cancelation period.' When I called him out for confirming the booking on the cancelation period, he said he can help me. But instead of canx that booking (the help that I really needed) so I can amend the dates and I am able to freely modify my booking, he gave me a hard time, in his attempt to confuse me. I was expressing intentions of staying in his place because I was economizing, despite the bad conditions of the property, but this property owner made no attempts of correcting his mistakes. Bad businessman all around. Doesn't reply in a timely manner. And then he had the guts to inform booking.com that I was a "no-show" in his property during my paid bookings! This man is disrespectful of his guests, and is doing monkey business. On top of that, I had to barricade my door every night on my second week of stay because there's someone always working on my doorknob every night, as if trying to open the door, and it would wake me up at 1am! This place does not seem safe for solo female travelers. This is, by far, the worst place I've ever been on through booking.com in all my travels, and I am recommending that this place be taken off this platform to protect travelers from property owners like this one!

It's quiet.

The place was not safe since the door has no double lock and there was a guy that keeps knocking from door to door of the apartments and the guy seems hallucinating The door of my room was very easy to be opened with just one kick!! The glass window was seethrough that was just covered by a flimsy curtain that when you try to hold it to one side to let the light in your neighbour can see clearly what your doing inside the room.Also the room has mosquitoes when I first arrived that I need to ask for a repellant spray to eliminate them. The door has no screen to keep the insects out.There was a long mirror that was hung on the wall that was supposed to make you see at least half of your body but it was hanged so high that you almost not able to see even your full face so if you're small you need to step on a stool to see yourself.There was only one rubbish bin that was placed on the bathroom with no any garbage bag on it so you must provide it for yourself by using the plastic bag you got from the grocery store when you bought some goodies from it.The Internet disappear one day and I have to wait for long hours that made my work got delayed.
