the room is dirty and the facility is really poor. Like the room’s door can’t on lock and the bathroom is leaking. Most of the staff are unable to speak English.

The facility was clean. The employees were smiling. The hotel was close to the metro.

The location was too far from the city center.

the room is a bit small for a family, no breakfast was included, it is far away from the main city, the elevator runs with your card key so need a spare key every time you go out

Friendly service, clean room and amenities. Good access to subway and nice neighborhood to explore.

Room and pool was smaller than shown in photos, rooftop pool was cold although they advertise it as warm so did not end up using it. Breakfast was not included for a $170 stay and was full/unavailable when requested. Bathroom light kept turning off and terrace was not worth the extra cost (obstructed view by high railing, very narrow and nothing to see)

The hotel facilities were very nice. Hot water, heating, air purification, cleaning was excellent.

I am sensitive to noise and living far from roads, so for me the sound from the window was audible. However, it was better than in other places I stayed in Seoul.

Food service was not enough. I should have been informed that they have no restaurant operating and no food except two in the menu which are really unhealthy.

I do not see a lot of good hygiene practice such as frequent cleaning of surface, lifts, floors with disinfec... and overall cleanliness is lower than expected.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Which was great considerating it is during a Pandemic to put you at ease.

The bathtub was large.

Royal Suite, 13th floor. We ask to change room because they wasn’t a terrace as indicated when booking. The windows on the terrace can’t be opened so it’s more like a veranda than a balcony. Room : The lighting was poor in the room. The light in the toilets keep turning off when you don’t move. The white walls were dirty. Unattractive room, not a good value for money. Staff : The women receptionists were not welcoming and polite. I didn’t hear an answer to my “Good morning” and “Good bye”. But we met a housekeeper staff in the elevator, she was really kind and helped us with the elevator and wished us to have a nice day. Breakfast : Room service during Covid-19. It was so so. So I do not recommend that room & hotel.
