Nice pools, big rooms, gym, spa inside hotel, nice staff

restaurant food options are poor, nothing for a vegetarian other than a pizza. rooms look like they’ve not had any maintenance done in a while, especially bathrooms, not surprisingly with covid. The location is good for the airport, but the local area isn’t very nice at all. The nice area are about 45mins- 1/12 drive away. Very busy so not great for scooters. The rain and lighting was so bad one morning the fire alarm went off at 6 am, the concern was the staff had no idea what to do. We walked down to the lobby expecting to be told something or to wait in a particular area but they ignored us whilst they made phone calls. I’m glad it wasn’t a real emergency because they clearly do not do any kind of fire drill preparation. It was even more scary that no other guest bothered to leave their room upon hearing the alarm.

Pool bar was closed and general lack of bar made it a bit too quiet in the evenings.

The suite that we reserved was roomy! It includes a living area and a large television. The hotel's amenities were excellent, but the kids club should be open more frequently to ensure that the air is always fresh. The pool was the nicest facilities. The main pool was clean and had less chlorine, and there was a kids' pool in the corner.

A minor feedback from mine was the snack in suite lounge need to replace.

If there is a fire happen, we will not get to out easily since the door and wardrobe is too close and it get difficult to open it immediately.

The room is very nice, there is a bathtub which is reaaaly big 😹 everything is clean, the stuff is nice, the rooftop pool has an amazing view

The food was not great! Before Covid it was amazing that’s why we booked again.. breakfast was good but not much choice for kids!

The staff were lovely, friendly and happy. The pool was private clean and so refreshing after a hot day walking too and from the beach. The breakfast was really substantial and delicious - great value for only $10AUD.

The toilet leaked, slow nothing serious, from somewhere and the bathroom generally was getting a bit tired looking. I was only thete for a quick visit to Jimbaran beach which was a short walk away. This hotel is obviously just a transit hotel due to its proximity to the airport - though the staff made it feel like a resort.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Kedonganan Fish Market. The location of the hotel is outside the tourist area, the road to the beach (700m) can be crossed with a vehicle provided by the hotel. The room(studio for 4 persons)is large, spacious. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. The only unpleasant thing for a European tourist is the breakfast with mostly Asian food, very few possibilities for a regular meal. The coffee is bad, but you will find very good coffee at the hotel bar, "Angelique", for 3 USD. In the lobby you will find a very honest and helpful taxi driver who will take you where you want to visit in Bali.
