the bedroom was small , no space for clothes etc, the finish of work in the bedroom was shocking, balcony furniture was inadequate , we had an amazing view from our balcony looking over the castle and old town ,

Everything was amazing. Sedar was good at taking care of us. We had a lovely stay.

No door on shower so bathroom flooded View of roof not what I expected Couldn’t rent towels as it states in reception so had to buy for 9 pounds Air con turned off in middle of night which mad very uncomfortable sleep

It was right at the beach, very close to the central shopping area and markets. The peninsula and it's castle walls were close.

Only maybe the room itself, it was sloppily built. Not very european. The pictures and reality differ.

I have problem on my bookings, all options are same for all room types, although I bought highest room rate for deluxe suite, they gave me annex suit, I do not know whether with one I choose but from room pictures, its near to sea, But now across the road, I changed one room with 120 euro for 3 days, Please support on not satisfying issue,

The only thing that I was a bit annoyed us is that I paid extra to have a bigger room upgraded room and was a little annoyed to see that my room was small and I actually paid extra so if I didn’t pay extra I would’ve just got the same room anyway
