Hlökunta oli aivan mahtavaa, huoneet siistejä ja allasalue kauniisti koristeltu. Sijainti hyvä, sekatavarakauppa vastapäätä hotellia. Lähellä myös torstaisin herkkuja pursuava food market.

- very friendly staff; very helpful and serviceable - pool was nice and relaxing - roomservice every day - nice spacious room with a large bathroom - new water bottles on a daily basis - location is not in the middle of the center, but we liked that: the walk to the shops/most restaurants is 10 mins or so; the location is perfect for exploring other parts of the island using a motor bike without having to wade through busy city traffic - they got us a motor bike delivered to the hotel, which was really nice - we arrived really early, before our room was ready, but they let us hang out at the pool - very nice

Highly recommend this place especially for couples on holiday ! Very close to Pantai cenang and nice ambience. Daily morning breakfast was such a delight with delicious meals. Overall 10/10 ✨

1. The staff were very friendly. 2. They upgrade me with room with jacuzzi. I love it. 3. The area is so easy to get grab and nearby to airport.

1. They provide ala carte breakfast only. The choices of breakfast is only 4 choices of 2 english breakfast and 2 malay breakfast. If you stay for more than 2 days you will bored on same menu. 2. I had complaint on the flush when i'm out. The water running slow so the stool cannot pass on. When i'm back nothing happend. They did nothing. 3. They did not provide foot towel at first, so it is very slippery from toilet to the room. 4. The location is not so near to pantai cenang. It is around 15 minutes - 20 minutes walk and the area is dark and quiet at night.

There was a bad smell in the room at near the door and the towels didn't smell nice, even after they changed them it still smelled damp

Staff were friendly and helpful, accommodation was clean and bath tub was great. Breakfast was good too.

Mosquitoes really ruined our sleeping experience. We didn't see there was a mosquito machine until the last day when we were leaving. Air-conditioning was barely working so we were sweating throughout. We tried to inform them but on some of the nights, it was still not cold.

Nothing in particular

Staff were fantastic, breakfast was tasty and location great for airport connection and proximity to cenang without being too close to the hub. Pool whilst not big enough to swim was perfect for a dip and pool towels provided super helpful, a calming space. Proximity to the supermarket is also amazing.

Terraces were dark and grubby - we didn't end up using this at all. There is zero sound proofing and a noisy bar at the back kept us up for 3 nights out of 6 and noisy neighbours we couldn't block out! Just a warning the mosquitos (travelled in April) were really bad - we bought spray and diffuser and patches from the supermarket but would recommend the hotel installing nets or bring your own!

The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool facilities were modern and clean. The room itself was spacious, clean and we enjoyed the use of the outside space as well. The breakfast included in our stay was nice however I would have liked more options as there were only 4 options which were similar to one another.

The wifi was patchy which was a bit annoying however everything else was perfect

For breakfast, you can choose between two types of breakfasts, English breakfast and Malay breakfast, respectively. There was a large infestation of ants in the bathroom, but they quickly loaned me some insecticide.

There is no door to the shower room, so if you use a movable shower head, you need to worry about soaking the toilet in the back of the room. Washrooms were hot because of the natural ventilation, noisy bikes from outside, and no air conditioning. The room key was not a card and was difficult to open. The bathroom was naturally ventilated, so the outside temperature could be heard in the bedroom, making sleeping very uncomfortable. The staff were all courteous and helpful, but were sometimes absent when I returned from a night out. When I went out, I had to leave my room key with them, which was inconvenient because I could not bring it back with me if they were not there.

It’s a really quiet hotel but also near enough to walk to the main beaches and restaurants so really convenient and the staff were really helpful

It was not far from the airport and close to the beach. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the facilities, Good breakfast and friendly staff (who ordered taxis for us)

It says on their website that they offer airport service and have a restaurant but they don’t but it didn’t really matter to us...they just need to update it.

Comfortable room with a big bathroom. Beautiful standing shower. Nice pool area. The staff was wonderful, always smiling and willing to help.

Breakfast is cooked to order, but it would need more variety, if you are staying a longer time.

Pool's open time between 10am - 7pm, not friendly for people those travel shortly, that time people are going around and wouldn't stay in hotel.

really lovely hotel, bed was really comfortable, room very clean, nice hot shower. staff were super nice and friendly 10 min walk to beach so nice and quiet if you don't want to be in the middle of the busy area

breakfast was good but limited options. hot tub in our room took way too long to fill so never got the chance to use it unfortunately
