Pretty close to several malls and restaurants. In the direct neighborhood to my office.
Rooms are quite big but not really nice. Service so lala and the kitchen in the breakfast room is open so that everybody smells deep fried.

Excellent stay in such lovely property. Lovely professional staff.

The location was central and convenient, and the hotel's roof top bar was awesome.
It was all really good

The staff, room and breakfast were great.
Our shower was a little blocked so water took ages to drain, resulting in spillage. Unfortunately not rectified prior to our departure

Quiet Location
Staff at the Reception isn’t welcoming
4.1
Friendly helpful staff and a fabulous breakfast - the best one we had the whole three weeks.
We were disappointed that the museum was so close but not accessible without a driver. We just wanted to walk there and have a look around but it was going to be a major event so we didn’t attempt it. Maybe next time.

This hotel blew our mind away. The staff was amazing, the food was great and our room was tasteful with fabulous views of Nairobi!
Loved it!

All good
Did not like the scraping of chairs from room /bar? Above room.small bar of soap was not replenished.I don’t drink alcohol and a beer was charged to my account which I signed for without noticing the charge /after a long tiring day. Did not like the reception suggesting I may have had a visitor who had the beer! I am am elderly woman and I dont invite a person to my room to have a beer!

Overall, the rooms (I checked in three times as was traveling outside Nairobi) were more or less ok; however, on one occasion, I did not get an electric kettle and was waiting for about 40 min for the staff to deliver it to me after my request. In another case, I did not find any bathrobe in the room, and I was so pissed off with my experience over there that my only thought was to check out as soon as possible.
My experience with the staff at reception is very negative: unacceptable cheating and disrespectful manipulative lies (very typical harassment). More specifically, I used booking.com (standard room). At check-in, the receptionist told me that Standard Room was not available, and they upgraded (free of charge) to a Superior room (it’s about 7 USD different). I found it strange as Standard Room was still available online.
At check out, I told them that I would extend my stay and planned to check in in two days (was traveling outside Nairobi). When I checked in, they charged me 150 USD for the same Superior room (which costs about 97 USD). When I complained, they kept coming up with ridiculous lies about the rule they had of the room rates being different at online and face-to-face bookings. After I requested to provide me with this internal procedure to prove that the Hotel indeed applies different rates, their manager came up with another lie that rates fluctuate on a daily basis, a blatant lie - I check the room rate at check-in date, and it never changed. The manager kept denying and telling different lies. Anyways, I did not feel safe in this setting and moving to another hotel!

-Excellent and full breakfast. Nice staff at the restaurant. Thank you for that.
-Nice big room with everything you need
-The bathroom was very confortable, it missed only shower gel but we called the reception and they sent us quickly that in our room.
-Beautiful decoration
-Nice café in the lobby
-The place is very safe, the security guards are very helpful and they always smile, it's nice. Thanks to this team.
-The swimming pool is beautiful but too cold, even with the sun. The swimming pool is in the shade.
-the checkin was too long, we waited more than 20 minutes.
-we were not made to feel welcome by the receptionist. No polite greetings, no smile.
-our air conditioning was not working, it was too hot at night.
-the wifi was not regular in our room
-the receptionist (the one who doesn't smile) curtly refused to let our baby borrow a decorative doll to play with in our room, which is not kids friendly.
-in short, a nice hotel but whose price is overestimated. We initially reserved one night to see, but we did not extend for all these reasons.

The location was very good for me, a nice walkable distance away from the Sarit Centre - shoutout to the Japanese bakery&restaurant Shokupan for serving world-class food and drinks. The room was a bit older but definitely clean, comfortable and well-isolated. I was a bit apprehensive about the breakfast from the photos but I shouldn't have been - the fruit and juice selection is great, you'll definitely find something for your palate. WiFi was solid, too!
While all staff members were genuinely friendly and doing their best to be helpful, there seemed to be a bit of disorganisation somewhere in the system: We wanted to order some food to our room but could find neither the menu nor a room phone. Went downstairs to ask the reception if there should be a phone. "Yes there should be a phone but if there isn't we'll send a technician tomorrow. For now, you can go back to your room and we'll send a colleague up to take your order in person in a few minutes". If I had waited for that colleague, I would've starved to death - and the same fate would have awaited me had I waited for the technician. At the end of our stay, our room still had no phone. But thanks to Bolt Food, at least we didn't starve. :)

Overall hotel is nice, staff friendly and helpful.
Had some issues with our key card but they fixed it quickly.
Breakfast good
DON'T use the hotel transfer. I asked for a taxi to get to dinner, but instead was given their vehicle and driver. We were charged a stupid amount for a 15min drive, and didn't know until on check out. Next time just use uber

Our stay was memorable. It was my families first time into Kenya and they loved the people, service and food. great gym, staff friendliness.
Just improve on breakfast mix and food menu. Other than that all was excellent. Always room for improvement.
