Location, Friendly staff Flexible check in (arrived to Eldoret on an early flight from NBO and they allowed us to check in) and check out times ( had a late afternoon flight so needed a late check out time and the hotel was flexible) Great selection of meals starting from breakfast

A great facility that requires a little touch and sprucing here and there, but a great place.

Breakfast was the best I have ever had. I would recommend to a friend to visit Sirikwa Hotel. Keep it up!!

Air Conditioning should be availed in rooms.

I did not stay there as they told me they had no room for me despite getting a confirmation from booking.com. I did not even get an email to say there was no room from them or booking.com As soon as I arrived the staff just shouted at me saying NO ROOM go away. I asked for manager and she explained they were full cause they took up a big group of safari company employees. I had to leave and start looking for transport and accommodation and call my clients to come and see me at the new location.

The hotel didn't have my booking, even though I made the reservation in May 23 for 28th of June 23. I ended up not getting the room that I reserved.

It's always the people who matter. All staff at Sirikwa are friendly and helpful and that's what makes it a good place to stay.

Would like to see the carpets a little cleaner. Carpet cleaner is cheap and you don't need a posh machine. Please buy some at the local supermarket and have a go!

Both good. I have visited Kenya since 1969 so have stayed in lots of hotels.

The carpet in VIP6 is badly stained and needs a good carpet clean. Carpet shampoo is available in all supermarkets. Sirikwa staff need to buy some please.
