Il y a une cuisine et un petit déjeuner. Chambre avec une taille correcte.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, cela peut être étouffant. Le staff est inexistant ! La décoration et l’éclairage est un peu glauque. Pour ce prix là, vous pouvez trouver mieux ailleurs.

Habitación con el colchón meado y todos los colchones llenos de chinches, nos tuvimos que ir del alojamiento pro motivos obvios y no nos devolvió el dinero, estamos haciendo reclamaciones a booking

Booked bcoz room offered with balcony & private kitchen.. On arrival date, unable to call number provided.. have to walk surrounding of building to find the hotel.. Then staff informed room with balcony only available at floor 3 WITHOUT LIFT, which not suitable for old folks, somehow with luggage.. also NO PRIVATE KITCHEN inside room!! They offered another room WITHOUT BALCONY at DIFFERENT LOCATION, which quite far from current booking, which NO PRIVATE KITCHEN & NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED HERE!! Have to go previous hotel booking for breakfast, very crazy suggestion!!

The hostel is located very close to the town centre and it is easy to reach the shops and supermarkets. The receptionist was very helpful and helped us organise the tour for the next day.

We wouldn't definitely stay here again. Even if it is very cheap, it didn't meet our expectations. The room is quite small and the bathroom as well. The wifi didn't work correctly. Under the bed it was really dirty and the matress was even dirtier, full of stains. I can't undertand how it is still being used. Hopefully we realised the last day before leaving. The breakfast is a joke: bread and jam. There are many hotels in Cameron Highlands, you can find better options

In the booking app it said one price for two people in a bunk bed, but as we arrived the staff said that the price in the bunk bed is for single person and we have to pay extra

Room dirty, no water supply / very low water pressure on day time.

Great location, just a short walk from the bus terminal and local restuarants. Staff were nice and always close at hand and always sweeping/cleaning. Room was a good size.

Breakfast which was included was handy (bread, jam and butter available) however lack of utensils ie. No knives nor toaster. Walls are quite thin so may hear other guests depending on how respectful they are during your stay.

The location was good. Close to 7/11 and good for hikes.

WiFi is terrible. It did not work 99 percent of the time. Breakfast was not good... Shower was not great. Toilet was always wet, even though it was not in the same room as the shower. Everything felt not really clean. Next to sinks, there was a cupboard which had a dried up stone of a mango in it. Why? Room had no windows and not even a proper AC, so after a while you "run out of air" in the room. The booking said, there was a TV in the room. Not that we really needed it, but the TV was not connected. So basically useless and since it was not hanging on the wall, it was just taking up the little space the room had to offer. So why even put it there in the first place. The staff was not there most of the time and also not very friendly or communicative.
