Spacious room. Nicely furnished with comfortable bed. Good location for town centre.

Firstly, the bathroom smelled awfully of sewage, which could be smelled throughout the rooms, and the underfloor heating in there was so hot that it burned our feet. The kitchen was equipped with a coffee maker and toaster, and a huge fridge freezer. However, there were no cups, cutlery, crockery of any kind, and no kettle, so the coffee maker and toaster were useless. We purposely booked this hotel and room, so that we could eat and drink there, but this was not possible. There were no bath robes or slippers provided, as stated in the details. The reception staff were not welcoming on arrival, didn’t speak English, which was difficult as we couldn’t ask any information we required. Once we had checked in, we never saw any reception staff again.

We received what we asked for, everything was prepared: warm room in a cold night. Also a beautiful room with court view. Quiet.

The bathroom shower could be better

- The sauna they have on the property and the free accessibility they offer to their guests in using it. I never seen a more beutiful sauna than the one they have -- it includes a wall of hymalayan and many changing color lights to make the exterience a unique one. - The staff is super friendly and always available to help if there was a request/concern. - The rooms are super spacious - The food on the property's restaurant is delicious and affordable.

I liked everything! I really can't think of anything I didn't like... the quality- price ratio was more than I could have expected.

It was clean.

The breakfast was very poor. The main room door could not be locked while someone was inside the room, thus we slept with the doors unlocked. Noisy room, had football stadium outside the balcony.

Room was clean and comfortable. Meals were great: tasty and large! Location is pretty close to city center (15min of walk). Staff was very nice and helpfull.

Some soap at the bathroom would have been great. Please pay more attention to the visitors register. It's been open to my file on the desk for an entire day (my personal data were visible to anyone interest :) )
