L’hôtel central boutique est un lieu incroyable ! Le personnel parle parfaitement bien anglais et est très accueillant, disponible à toutes heures, pour tes requêtes ! La chambre est très grande, propre, avec une climatisation, de l’eau, un frigo … les lits sont également très confortables ! L’hôtel est très bien placé, dans le centre et proche de tout commerces utiles ! Hôtel que je recommande fortement lors de votre passage à Vientiane !! Merci à joy, réceptionniste, qui a été tres gentil et bienveillante tout au long de mon séjour ici ! The central boutique hotel is an incredible place! The staff speak perfectly good English and are very welcoming, available at all hours, for your requests! The room is very large, clean, with air conditioning, water, fridge ... the beds are also very comfortable! The hotel is very well located, in the center and close to all useful shops! I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Vientiane! Thanks to joy, receptionist, who was very kind and caring throughout my stay here!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They made up for any shortcomings that the room had. The second room I got was a good size, cleaner and had a bigger washroom than the original room they gave me. The location was good.

The first room I got was on a smoking floor and just reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room I got while a lot better still had a faint smell to it. Also, there was a constant noise coming from somewhere which was annoying. The fitness center wasn't available.

The Lao Hmong receptionists Mr Chit and Mr Win are the best receptionists in Laos. They treat you like a friend, are very polite and helpful. They have a wide knowledge of Laos and advise you on further travel. Last but not least, they are always in good mood and ready to help.

Some rooms are fitted with the Indian air-con National. These are not good air-con and loud. They must be replaced. There was no wardrobe in my room.
