The room was a lot smaller than I expected for 4 people . Also I expected two full size single beds not a sofa bed with a bed that pulls out . This was very disappointing and there was hardly any room for anyone to walk or love In the room

the room key didn't work each time we won't to enter the room and we had to walk long distance to reach the lobby to get know one or to get it fixed that was to much annoying as we came late from Disney land at night and we have a child with as

The theme of the hotel is fun. Rooms are clean but a bit outdated. Parking was good and it is close to the entrance of the parks

Love the area, love the room, but there's no mini fridge. Love the concept of wild west area with several 2 building complex for the hotel rooms. The Starbucks, coin laundry and vending machine inside the complex really helped! And the staffs are super amazing, very helpful and friendly. Don't need to go to the reception for checkout, since we don't need to return the disney keycard (which are also magic pass). Definitely will stay here again if I ever come back to Disneyland!

No mini fridge/mini bar (don't really need the mini bar, but mini fridge is important). They don't have coffee machine or pot inside the room, but there are hot beverages machine in some of the building. No toothbrush or bathroom toiletries like shower cap.

The location was great. Right next to the Disney parks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The check in experience. I told the hotel in advance that we would be there around 11am. We still had to wait until 3pm for our room to be ready. Maybe it's different in Paris, but I've never had that happen in a Florida Disney Hotel.

Staff went above and beyond on our stay, nothing was ever an issue and always so friendly to us all. The hotel was spotless. I loved the fact you could check in at anytime (we arrived early) so our room wasnt quite ready however we were notified as soon as it was ready via text allowing us to explore which i thought was great.

location is designed perfectly for kids, rooms are clean and very nice

The theming of this hotel is great, lovely Toy Story theme in the rooms and Wild West around the hotel grounds. Our room had a lot of plugs including usb plugs. The free shuttle bus goes very frequently.

They didn’t have a lift we were on the second floor with a large suitcase and a buggy also there was a step to get into the building.

The woody standard room was perfect, warm and cosy after a long day at the parks. Having Disney tv was great as well

We had to walk a little way to our room, with 3 kids and luggage was tricky. Just a Disney shop, would be nice to have a store for essentials such as paracetamol etc. None to be found in the whole of Disney.

2 hand towels for 4 day's same ones asked for more never received them a sqealing water tap in bathroom which kept us all awake reported and never fixed staff not very friendly food awful for the price have been going to Disneyland from my granddaughter was 3 she now 21 and this was a 4 generation holiday with my daughter grandaugter and great grandson had a good time but hotel very disappointing

As a massive Disney fan of course I wanted to stay onsite. The overall theme of the hotel was very good and I really felt like I was at a cowboy ranch. Excellent location for our final night at the resort as our room was located very close to the path that leads to the Disney Village.

After a long evening at the park we decided to go in search for sandwiches for our evening meal and came across Starbucks which was located right next to the shop. Went to purchase the items with my card however it was declined for some reason. Tried again and still didn’t work so decided to pay in cash. The woman serving asked if I had the correct money and I declined as only had notes. Her customer service then changed as she’s huffed, searches through a jar of coins for some change and slams it on the counter. Not only bad customer service but also short changed me! I left quickly feeling shocked and embarrassed. i know it’s probably not the hotel/Disneys problems but I thought it was worth mentioning.

The lack of machines available in laundry. They need two laundromat up each end of the facility Also, all washing machines and dryers need to work.
