The staff is really nice and helpful. You open the door with a code, so I felt really safe. The bathroom was good. The beds are comfortable. I liked the rooftop. You got a fridge in your room. The beach is just 4 min away. You can't swim there, but the sunset was beautiful.

The wifi is sometimes really bad. The kitchen is okay, but sharps knifes for cooking are missing. There are not so many people to connect if you are travelling alone.

The bed was very comfy and the room has AC. Good value. Dinelys was very helpful and nice.

Bathroom was not really clean, room was really really cold and beds which were asigned to us already used. No real hostel atmosphere.

No privacy curtain for the bunk bed. That should be industry standard for hostels at this point

Very difficult to find on the street without internet. The restaurant next door is also sick of giving directions based on their attitude!

Good wifi, but could be better. Starbucks is 3 minutes away and has a faster connection. Very very clean! I was impressed. Big plus is the terrace, very enjoyable. Could be used even more. Staff was lovely! Cristal is very sweet and kind.

Beds don't have individual lights. During my stay, there were too many weird individuals at the hostel. One smoking marijuana in the room, one constantly drunk trying to seduce me, an old lady who was just nuts and was staying in the lobby. I felt like probably it's the cheapest stay in San Juan and it attracts this kinds of people? Mostly people ruined my memory of the hostel. If there was more control on the guests, it would be a 10.

This is the second time I've stayed at CH as great location! However this time there was only one staff member, the housekeeper when i was trying to check in. Rang doorbell for 15 mins. Before able to enter. She managed to.get me checked in after a bit. The room i stayed in was full of 5 young women who had.literally taken over every square inch of flooring, lockers and fridge. So much for keeping the room picked up. If i wanted to move she would have to call.someone. the women were fine but went out partying and one flipped out and wouldn't calm down at 4am. Also she had an issue with another guest there being homophobic. Best to have staff onsite to regulate these situations.

Room was a mess, looks like there’s people living at the hostal. You can tell for their attitude and amount of food, waste around their beds. Definitely needs more cleaning.

Great Location, rooms are clean. The rooftop is a real plus ! The hotels and the rooms are accessible with digit codes, so you don't have to bother losing or keeping a key.

There is only one bathroom that includes the toilet, could use another one especially when there's a lot of guests in the dorms Also there has been a mistake on booking we booked for 3 people, had a confirmation for 3 people, but it didn't show up correctly for the hostel, and were asked the same day we arrived in Puerto Rico (we were on a 14hours flight ) so we could not really communicate with the hostel. As our flight got there at 11pm, we did not have any instructions on how to enter the hotel. Moreover we had to pay 3 times the price that was agreed upon, as the price was calculated for 1 person even though we booked for 3. I understand mistakes happen, but nonetheless, it is still a bit annoying to start a trip you have planned thoroughly by paying 3 times more what you had expected. I wish we were given a heads up earlier as we could have figure a better solution
