Good location and uncomplicated late check-in with key code etc. Instructions were easy to follow. Super room and very good bed. Parking nearby.

Heating had been turned down (we arrived 23:00) so the room with large windows on two sides was quite chilly. Only way to heat up was to leave the bathroom door open as the heating there worked.

This is a fantastic little "automated" hotel located right in the center of Kufstein, next to a bakery and a supermarket too so no big deal that they don't have breakfast. Super clean and well-equipped rooms and common area. This hotel was honestly a delight to stay in, I wish they had branches in every city.

Being an "automatic" hotel you get the code for entering the building/floor/room in advance, sent via an SMS message on the day of arrival. But, being a tourist with no phone on me (I usually use a no calls/sms package when abroad, just internet) I did not get it. Had to call them at a late hour just to be able to get in. BUT, they answered immediately and so I did not have to wait very long. But, for future guests, why not send the code in advance also by email? When I asked for this (we went on a hike and then returned for another night) they sent it to me in email :) Another minor minor issue - the protective plastic on the power outlets for the upstairs beds are particularly hard to remove for some reason.. Had to use tools haha

It was not what we expected because the outside sign says Boarding House, but the facilities are wonderful, comfortable, clean, and well decorated. We stayed in a single room, but there were rooms with kitchens and a couch in them. The host was absolutely wonderful and patient with us because we had never used codes to get into rooms. We were totally lost, but she stayed with us until we understood what to do. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Breakfast was included and it was delicious.

Great place, great stay , great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Easy to access, room was spacious and clean. The hostel was fully stocked with necesites. Would recommend and stay again.

Very unpersonal bagpacker type hostel, you enter with a code. Really not what I expected. Narrow room and narrow bed. No chair in the room.

Booking states there is sauna and sports area - but we came to know this is private and we probably had to book in advance. For the price you can find way more better.

Amazingly friendly and helpful owners who go out of their way to help. Central location. Our room even had a view of the fortress! Quiet spot and comfortable beds, so you will sleep well. Great shower. Everything is very clean and up to date.

Apartment is compact. Well designed but if you are a family of 4, you have to be happy all in one room. One more tea towel for drying dishes would be great.

The hosts are really nice and the property gave me the space needed while in the same time i was provided with a great room.

Everything you need in a nice central location

Sauna and gym meant to be free but charged for towel/robe etc - That's not free at 10 euros. Very expensive for facilities provided considering there are no staff at all

Very nice location near by the center of the city and the Fortress Kufstein. Lounge with training corner and sauna with imprresive view of the fortress. Friendly stuff.
