Rooms each heave a special theme and are decorated accordingly. Window turning to the Altestadt, also possible to have a view to the river. Room was very clean and at a sufficient size for a couple. Breakfast is the best we had in any hotel. You can have breakfast until 11h00. Hotel is in the enter of the old city of Kufstein.

Reception closes at 21h00 which is rather early.

Breakfast was great. Room has excellent facilities including an adjustable bed. Shower was also great.

Loved the Salzburg room

The hotel location is lovely, one side is the river, another side is the fortress. The room is spacious and quiet, and a bonus point for the bath tube. Also, recommend the restaurant and bar on the other side of the street, we had a great time there.

On Saturday early morning, there was a false fire alarm, it was terrifying. I would expect an apology or some gesture from the staff after such an accident. Also, the breakfast area was crowded, it was a narrow place to grab your food. Maybe if there would be a selected breakfast shift could create a better experience with fewer people.

Our room was opposite the Gin Bar and it was very noisy.

We had our favorite "Rome" room with a view of the river Inn and the mountains beyond. The breakfast buffet was as sumptuous and tasty as usual, superbly managed by our friend Ali.

The gin bar was closed. One restaurant was closed and the other was full.

The quiet, comfortable and uniquely original tower suite in which we stayed. The very good traditional Austrian cooking, and the equally good and extensive wine list, in the hotel's restaurant.

The unimpressive desserts in the hotel's restaurant. The optically totally incorrect and virtually unusable shaving mirror in the bathroom.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. I am still shocked how disappointed I was. I booked half board, and had been looking forward to a wonderful meal in the evening. It took TWO AND A HALF HOURS for me to be served three courses, and that only after I asked several times for service. Several disappionted guests left in the meantime. I was even asked to leave before I had finished my coffee because the restaurant was "closing"! Service at breakfast was also chaotic. And I got no sleep at all. My room (very, very small) faced directly opposite the noisiest bar I had ever encountered. No air conditioning in the room so I couldn't even close the windows. I complained strongly upon leaving the hotel the next day and was give only two chocolates - TWO - to make up for the discomfort I had suffered. I cannot recommend this hotel less. Such a shame.

The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Kufstain. The room with terrace and amazing views on the river was comfortable and modern. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and varieties of food. The service was attentive and friendly.

The location is great and very convenient to the train station and all restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was very good and the room was decorated well. The bathroom was spacious and very clean.

Unfortunately it was hot in the room with no AC so we had to keep the window open at night. The street noise was loud though due to our room being on the first floor just above people dining late at night and then workers talking loudly early in the morning.
