Wonderful breakfast

No availability of room service. When you come after a long drive and all restaurants in the neighborhood are closed it would be nice at least to get a cup of soup. But no, restaurant closed. This was the only minus, we will certainly return.

Just what we needed after a day of skiing! Clean and very comfortable room + bed. Sauna is great (especially after a day of ski). Breakfast was very good as well. Stuff was very polite and helpful.

No real room/place fit to leave ski shoes to dry overnight.

handy location for the matters we had to address in Kufstein. The breakfast was alright.

the pics and appearance from the outside do not match the standard of the rooms we were given, which are in clear need of some renovation. There is a huge inconsistency between the restaurant (too fancy and expensive) and the accommodation (overpriced and inadequate). it appeared to be understaffed, the person at the reception was under stress.

Arriving in the evening, the receptionist was very professional and helpful. The room itself was nice and cozy. Nice beds and comfy pillows. The bathroom had everything I needed. Delicious breakfast! All kinds of meats and muesli's, breads, salades, etc. I don't speak much German, but with a few words and some hand signals I was able to communicate with the Austrian staff!

The only thing I didn't like was the mold in some of the corners of the shower. It's hard to clean showers at the bottom, but if the mold turns black, then further cleaning needs to be done. That was it.

Easy to find the location, Nice atmosphere, very Good restaurant, sustainable approach.

when we arrived we were given room 111. This room smelt of cigarette smoke, had no aircon and was above the bar so very noisy. also told we had to eat at 6.00pm in case the restaurant was busy. They had 5 covers all night!!!

This hotel was well below the standard of all other Tyrol hotels that we had stayed in the previous 2 weeks. Too many things were broken and not working in the rooms. We had to move rooms twice - in the first room the window was a skylight with a blind that was completely broken. We were moved to second room where the large opening window was broken and could not open. We were moved to a third room. The shower fixing was broken so you had to hold it by hand. The carpets are old and smelt. Worst of all was that there is no air conditioning and in attempt to keep cool we got bitten all over by mosquitos (the windows did not have netting). We hardly slept at all.

The whole stay in Alpenrose in Kufstein was amazing! The facility, room as well as upgrade because of an accessibility for a disabled person was excellent. This is how accomodation and services should look like, it was truly exceptional. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection of food. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Very friendly staff, check-in at reception was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with locally sourced meal items.
