The views were breathtaking. The house was gorgeous - like, out of a magazine. There was a separate space for my mom so she could “escape” from us and the children (😂), but she was within arm’s reach. The proximity to everything was perfect. It was an incredible place to stay! I would 100% stay there again.

The home and location really can’t be beat! Great views with the wrap around patio, outdoor grill and plenty of seating to take in all the stars at night. Alicia was awesome from start to finish. Look forward to staying again!

My friends and I stayed in this house during a conference and had an incredible time. The home is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. It included everything we could possibly need. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was the best it could be. This is the only place I will stay whenever I come back to Sedona. Convenient location but quiet and peaceful.

This home was modern and comfortable. We hiked every day and we were no more than 7 to 15 minutes away from our trail head. It’s a great location and quiet. The deck outside was lovely to sit in the evening and look out at the red rocks. We would stay there again if we come back to Sedona.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this Sedona house. The house is beautiful, very clean, and had many little touches (spices in the kitchen, guidebooks in the laundry room) that were so welcome. The location was great - a short walk to the Broken Arrow Trail trailhead and across the street from a park and ride Sedona shuttle. Alicia was a wonderful host.

Wonderful home - exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. The owner was very communicative and the views from the wrap around deck was spectacular. Only minor nit was there were areas that could have been better cleaned. But not a biggie. Would definitely go back.

We had a delightful vacation at this beautiful and well cared for property. The house was wonderful to come home to after a day of hiking. It was bright, clean, with a well stocked kitchen and super comfortable bed. The high end shower products were the best I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental. I enjoyed the record player so much it inspired me to pull ours out of storage. The studio apartment was a great feature for our adult son. We will definitely recommend this home to others.

We had a great stay here! The host, Alicia, is a great communicator and is available when needed. The house has beautiful views and is in an ideal location to get to any part of Sedona within minutes. The house is ultra comfortable - big gathering spaces and luxuries like throws, games, and a well-stocked kitchen. My teenager loved the separate studio apartment - there was plenty of room to be with family and to have some time to oneself. We were especially grateful to be on higher ground as it was flooding in Sedona while we were there and people were being evacuated in downtown Sedona - no worries with this home, safe and sound. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased and enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. The home has very comfortable beds with high quality pillows and linens. The home also has amazing views and is set in a great location. Furthermore, Alicia was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. She is so great to work with. We absolutely loved our stay!

Our family of 6 stayed for 2 nights as the first stop during our Spring Break vacation. Sedona is amazing, just gorgeous! And the house was perfect. The windows and porch showcase the beautiful views, the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook dinner, and the bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses EVER, so nice after a long day of hiking. Alicia was a terrific host, gave us great suggestions for grocery stores and restaurants, and stocks the house with personal touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed staying here with our adult children. It has comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, and a nice common room to hang out. There is plenty of outdoor deck space with views of cliffs to the East and north. We enjoyed walking into town and also walking to local trailheads. Easy drive to other great trails. We would rent this place again.

What a great house. Alicia the host could not be more helpful. The house is in a great location with spectacular views of the mountains. The house was exceptionally clean with comfortable bed and furnishings. The location is minutes from restuarants and shopping. Highly recommend this house for a great Sedona experience.

Overall, a great place to stay. Convenient location just south of downtown Sedona and with good views of the Red Rocks. Lovely home which was very clean & really well stocked. All we needed to buy was our food. Brand new Samsung kitchen appliances, nice washer & dryer, and a great walk-in shower. Also, a very nice separate one bedroom suite with kitchenette that worked out great. The property host is five stars! She treated us so well and stayed in touch from our booking through our departure. Would love to stay there again!

This place is nestled near town but not too close. A beautiful view greeted us as the morning sky broke. Alicia was so prompt and the home had everything we needed that first day, extra blankets, coffee, filters, etc. My only comment would be that if you are traveling with younger adults, give them the apartment. My husband & I are in our 50s and it was a softish mattress, a little achy in the am. Lol Overall a good value!

We all had a wonderful time at Alicia's lovely home. She is an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. The house is well located, close to many areas of interests (shopping, hikes, etc.). Very comfortable and stunning views. Would definitely stay here again. Had an amazing time in Sedona -thank you!

The house really felt like home. From the West Elm Towels to the very cool record player in the dining room (with great music selection). Location: Although the drive into the property might take some getting used to (especially at night), it's in a PERFECT location. Far enough to enjoy quiet nights but close enough to pickup dinner in about 5 minutes. House: Everything you need and more. Literally. It included an ice chest, top of the line soaps, and elegant dishes and silverware. Note - there is construction next door, but they didn't work over the weekend. We only heard limited noise at around 9am in the morning on Monday. Totally acceptable. Host: Very communicative and proactive.

The home was beautiful and fully stocked for us the cook. The view is phenomenal and it’s very quiet. They supplied yoga mats, vinyl records, and games/puzzles for us. The bed sheets were so comfortable (we actually all want to buy them for our homes). Overall it was an amazing trip! Definitely will be back.

This property was in a great spot for all the things we wanted to do and found to do in our free time. Awesome views out the front door and living room windows. Owner was very good in answering questions

This property was a dream! From the outdoor views and peaceful surroundings, to the cleanliness, to the attention to detail for the needs of guests, we were left wanting nothing. The interior is the perfect combination of clean, modern, and completely cozy. It is well furnished and stocked for guests. Alisha was amazingly responsive providing us lists of favorite restaurants and hikes. She was so fast to answer any questions. This is also the first time I have ever stayed in a vacation property with so much thoughtfulness for guests’ storage needs where our family of four could genuinely settle in comfortably with plenty of closet storage and not feel like we were living out of suitcases for a week. I was thrilled. My parents came with us and stayed in the apartment room. It was perfect! We were able to be together any time we wanted, but they could easily have their private space for peace and quiet away from our rambunctious family as needed. Oh, and the record player with a great selection of records, board games, yoga mats with plenty of room on the decks… just so many little details to appreciate!! We would definitely stay here again!!

The house was exactly as described and as it appears in the listing. It was well stocked and had everything we needed fore our home base as we spent several days exploring beautiful Sedona. Everything is within a short drive, but the location was secluded and quiet (which we preferred). The host was very accommodating and responsive, but we had no need to contact her after arriving. Everything was perfect, and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the crowds and have your own retreat while having easy access to all the sights and shopping in Sedona.

Such a great find! So clean and bright. It was so convenient to all things Sedona. So many extras that the house provided including a cooler that was so needed for the hot weather. We found this house so quiet and relaxing. Thankful for a great week!

We really enjoyed our stay the house is well stocked and clean. The location of the property is very desirable and a short drive to a number of hiking trails and to a number of restaurants. We would return if staying in the area.
