The location is beautiful and amazingly relaxing. The pool and the facilities are lovely, the breakfast super good and service is exceptionally friendly. Needless the say the surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful and the rooms are large, comfy and very nice too.

The only discomfort was the wifi - really no reception apart from the main lobby.

We booked the breakfast several times even though we had a house because it was a very nice one, and the service and the choice was great. The house was very clean, and cool, had everything we needed to eat/cook, make coffee or tea. the beds were comfortable and really adapted to all ages for kids, it was perfect for our family. We also enjoyed 2 of the activities organized by the reception and had a great time with the other residents of that week.

The houses were quite humid, which we realized after a few days when our towels wouldn't dry and the bed sheets were moist. It didn't bother us too much except for the salt that was stuck in the grinder, because we had good weather and could dry outside.

Everything was very clean and all the People were really nice! Really good to have a bar for drinks and some food around!

I was missing a carpet in the room for more coziness and a heating in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the property was spotless clean, and the facility was good enough to keep all the family members busy and happy. Totally recommend this place and will visit again soon. Ciao 😊

The staff and owners were absolutely amazing, such impeccable service, we really felt at home and loved our time in this beautiful home in the mountain valley, away from the busy lake in the Summer surrounded by forests.
