ACU at Room 1709...we experienced some malfunctioning (not getting cold as the motor stops even if set at 18degCelsius). However, it's just fine, perhaps just need to check as that ACU brand really has this issue even on other sites.

The whole stay was awesome! From the moment we checked in - the front desk officer (Carl) was very helpful. He provided all needed information that’s essential for our stay (breakfast schedule, WiFi details, etc) and also graciously grant our request for early check in. Then the entire stay was really nice and comfortable as all the staff members we had the chance to interact with were very helpful and polite. Breakfast menu was good, but made special by all the smiling faces of all the staff in this restaurant. Truly a nice place to stay within the area. I was with my family - and they love the place too! Will be staying here again next time if we need to be in this area. Thanks Tryp by Wyndhm team!

Staff at the entrance to help with bags and rides were very helpful.

As we check in, there were 3 staff members chatting and did not acknowledge us. The had to ask if they were available/open to check us in. I was given a bit of an attitude when she finally checked us in. Also the hallway smelled of sewage. I don’t know if they had a problem but the smell was horrible.

It's a hotel with nothing special

The restaurant food was horrible. Walking to burger King ended up being my only choice and that was after 10pm the first day. NO NETFLIX OR SMART TV here

The view across Manila Bay is superb, the rooftop pool and bar helps makes this hotel very special.

I had a positive experience during my one-night stay at TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia Manila hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel and room were clean, and the location was convenient for shopping, dining, and accessing the airport. The prompt and efficient room service was also commendable.

The only aspect that I didn't fully appreciate was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Despite indicating a preference for a quiet room, the close proximity of the rooms allowed for noise transfer, compromising privacy.

My family has stayed at this hotel once before. We greatly enjoyed both our stays. Location is great. Food is good. We especially appreciated being able to get adjoining rooms.

From my booking experience, it would have been nice to request adjoining rooms on the app/website when you make the booking. I booked 2 rooms then when we got to the hotel, I asked if I could upgrade to adjoining rooms. They granted the rrquest without any problems but it'd be nice if the booking app could somehow take care of that.
