Location was very good.

Echoing corridors and papper-like walls. Thick layer of dust on paintigs frames. Fridge made sleep disturbing noises (understood in a heartbeat why it wasn't on in the first place). Parking is not exactly private, you get a chance to park anywhere in a certain zone (not necessarily by the hotel if all the parking spots are taken). Misleading information (by the reception and a leaflet in the appartment) about how to leave keys when checking out.

very poor service. only one hanger in room. they would not give us any more after we asked. no soap in bathroom. they would not refill after we asked. no room service to make up beds even though we were there for four nights. front desk clerk very unfriendly if he was there. had the personality of an earthworm. breakfast rice doubled with no explanation on the weekend. this hotel drives folks to Airbnb. sad.

bed was broken, and was not fixed until the following night so I had to sleep in a concave bed with a broken bed frame which ended up giving me back pain and poor sleep. I raised this with hotel staff as soon as we arrived but they could not help me until night 2 where they put a wooden plank on the mattress frame but this still left the bed broken and uncomfortable, it was a poor “band aid” fix. the hot water was also broken and we were not able to shower until the second night of our stay. the water was freezing and we were disappointed as we had been travelling all day and we not able to wash. I also came up with bites whilst staying here, as did my friend who I was travelling with. these bites looked like bed bugs and I was really itchy for days following the stay. I raised this with the hotel staff who did not apologise or accept any responsibility. I know bed bites well as I am a nurse and have dealt with this a lot throughout my career. I was extremely disappointed by this. this hotel is cheap and good location but in my opinion not worth it.

No main light for a week and i said about it on reception. Couldnt use bath as shower because impossible to hang the shower on the wall. Too much noise from Trams.

Good position, next to a metro stop and within 10 min walk from the castle and the old city.

It is NOT a 4 star hotel. 1. The room was dusty. 2. No drinking water in the room, the fridge was empty and we had to pay 8 euros for 2 liter bottles. 3. The flush was leaking 24 hours a day making a continuous and tedious hiss. 4. After 10 pm the "hot water" temperature dropped significantly. We had a nearly cold bath after a long walking day. 5. No shampoo, soap or conditioner, just a generic liquid soap with no label. 6. No sound insulation whatsoever which meant a compulsory 8:30 wake up time.

I liked the old retro decoration, with a beautiful carpet and wallpaper and some art paintings of a known artist city.

We stayed three nights sleeping in small beds in a big room which the furniture, despite the beauty, had not the care of maintenance. We got disappointed because in the pictures it seemed better than the reality.

It should be 2 or maximum 3 star hotel. There are no 24/7 reception service. There are no any amenities at all and if you want, they sell you. There are no toothpastes, slippers, hanger in the bathroom and in the shelves as well (only one available) and tefal etc. It is very dark room and windows cannot be closed properly (so, it’s cold rooms). The only best thing is the location.

Very poor breakfast buffet. Lamp in the entrance room burned. The moquette was very dirty, they don't know how hoover is. The air fan in the bathroom was dirti and very noisy. It seems to be inside a train engine. I'd remove at least one star.

I usually stay there before very early flight from the airport. excellent location, just opposite of the metro station. There are many lovely places around, to entertain myself in the evening. the room is large and comfortable. there is air conditioning. staff is efficient, no problems at all.

Very good location. Although it's on the other bank of the river but really close to tram & metro station. The room has this royal vintage vibe that I wanted so I'm happy. Bathroom is quite big. The staffs are nice and helpful.

Their facilities need a lot of improvement. The equipment is too old for a 4-star-hotel. Fan & Air condition are running too loud, bed is downgrading. The worst thing is Internet connection, it's pretty slow and sometimes Wifi lost the signal all of sudden.

Beautiful vintage styled property in fantastic location 2 minutes walking to tram or metro. Reception guy very friendly. Extremely spacious comfortable room and comfortable beds. Great to have a fridge for food. On a quiet street.

Little maintenance items need addressing -- shower head squirting water out of the connection, chair with the seat broken. Still great value.
