I loved the setup of the flat. It was cozy, quiet, and in a perfect location. 5 mins around the corner, you have a variety of food choices. The place was very clean and smelled great! I'll be back.

Spacious, enough room for the kids and ourselves. I liked that dishes/utensils were included in the kitchen. Also like that washer and dryer was available.

The heat did not work. Temperature would not go above 65° and when we reached out to owner about it, she said she would send a space heater that never came. The A/C units in the windows left gaps in the window that allowed all the cold air to come in. If i could make a suggestion, take them out during the colder months and seal them properly with plastic wrap. If you don’t remove them, make sure gaps are sealed properly.

I couldn't find the place so I called and got a rude man that couldn't/wouldn't give me any help so I had to pay to stay somewhere else! Obviously I'm not from this area so I didn't know the area and the driveway was impossible to see!!

Its an older apt, its quaint and its SUPER clean. The hosts were very accommodating to my schedule. Sincerely appreciate that as I work from the road a lot. Spacious place. Comfortable beds. Quiet location. If I am in Adrian again, I will definitely be looking to see if this property is available. Thank you so much to the hosts.

Clean and comfortable really relaxing

It was very clean and as advertised. It's a cute cozy little spot that was perfect for my stay. Host was quick to answer questions and it definitely helped being able to stream on the TV.

Only concern was the darkness at the bottom area of steps..Light from lower house does not give enough light at dark.

That it was an apt, as opposed to a hotel. It was quiet, centrally located, and in a safe area.

There really needs to be some sort of address marker, so people can tell which house it is. I was not able to arrive until after dark and had a beast of a time trying to figure out which house it was and which driveway to turn in. I actually stopped in another driveway, thinking it was the right one, only to find out it wasn’t. The man was really nice about it, but I was very embarrassed! A marker would be very helpful! Also, a few more amenities would be nice too. I liked the fact that there were pots and pans, but there was little else. It just felt a bit bare bones. You don’t have to add much. (But, honestly, even if you just add the house marker out front, that would be a big help!)

Great location with spacious interior. The full kitchen and the option to do laundry were incredible!
