best beach in Khao lak & very nice pool area. all staff amazing nice and helpful.

The food was not so great at the hotel restaurant. The local restaurant on the beach was however super awesome ( and cheaper )

Every person working at the resort greeted you with a smile and happiness that was genuine. Nothing was too much trouble. The layout and grounds beautiful.

The only thing that you would expect from a luxury resort like this and the beyond did not provide is, more comfy beds and pillows. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Breakfast was not special. Beach is beautiful.

Pool not always clean. Too many dogs at the beach.

The staff over all were amazing and professional, Especially one staff working at the restaurant he is working there for a long time I forgot his name he said he works there since the opening very professional and friendly I truly wish him all the best.

Simple solution could make the guests come back again, There are many flies especially at night time, simple solution that u can make small fan's at every pole at the restaurant to keep the flies away, sometimes we want to stay longer but because of the flies we had to leave. I've seen at other hotels resorts have the same solution, small fan at the proximity of every table u have a lot of locations u can put In there , also at the lobby reception area while chexk in and check out, I know tropical area and resorts its issue but fans can help a bit at least.

Spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. A special mention to a server at the restaurant, Tik, very kind and sweet, always smiling. We were sad to have to leave but we'll be back soon.
